entry to stop me signing on unemployed for them to cut of my benefits, for Tony
Blair & John Hutton & Labour Party in crimes to use them at Job Centre
& Social Security too, to afflict me to counter my then pending then into
court cases 15 Jan & 12 & 16 & 26 February 2007, even to help
Blair afflict me to starve me to pervert course of justice of my summonses I
sent court Vs Labour Party, Securitas & State Department of works &
Pensions dated 15 January & increased in February 2007 Vs Labour Party and
against Social Security for Labour Party controlled inter-departments Mafias
pulling string from Downing St & Cabinet Office to using Social Security
Manager to starve me since 4 January 2007, and for pulling strings in my over 25

abusing me to afflict my tenancy 4 times since December 06 for Labour Party

Jury trial, so that my summonses had to be entered court Vs Social Security
& my Landlord in their in turn afflictions of me -(To
pervert justice of my 15 January summonses, then to afflict me to stop the

me; and while the Social Security have been abusing me even to now by no food
nor money since 4 January 2007 and so I lost weight with only concerned friends
and strangers to help me out to keep warm in winter and pay for mail etc; But
while that lot fighting me by more Labour Party strings, the secret Labour

Courts of Justice courts have been playing silent criminal perverting justice
games, then open abuse of my summonses they read they in al court ranks already

been stealing my 12 Jan & 12 & 16 & 26 February 2007 summonses, and

themselves for their selling, denying and deferring justice crimes, so that
after 15 Jan & 5 February all staff in the court that’s touched my
summonses all are unclean, from at least 5 February 2007, so was to be removed
including all their courts High Court Justices - that’s all been secretly
since 24 January 2007 plotting with the Labour Party & Tony Blair & his
Harriet Harman and John Hutton and their 10 Downing St Cabinet to ambush to get
rid of my 15 Jan & 12 & 16 & 26 Feb 2007 Jury trial demanding
summonses out of the courts system breaking my share of Magna Carta & UN
Human Rights laws; rights to be human and rights to be herd by Jury in the UK,
and so they have been caught plotting in 10 Downing St’s Cabinet highest heads,
including Tony Blair himself & Cabinet colluding with Court Staff so
blatantly -(caught too)- to damage my
summonses by time, silence and other illegal tricks, so much, and other tricks
of ignoring my letters to court heads about their court staffs’ crimes on my
summonses and so on me, so much abuses while they plotted, so that I had to
continue, as from the start in all, my letters to them all even get other
civilians as witnesses to put their civilian names as my witnesses on all my
letters to trap them in the courts, and the Labour Party departments’ Mafias,
and then sent witness names on my letters to police, to warrant me along the way,
to have witness to my demand the police to arrest and remove them all from
court, records, and from my summonses, and from Downing Street and to remove

civilians at large; And yet to now the police have not arrested any of them but
shown me they the police have joined Blair’s cover-up Mafia, because they the
court staff had also become co-defendants with Labour Party, so I demanded
police arrest and remove them all from court and state offices, and to arrest
and remove Tony Blair & Co from all the justice and political systems
because at this stage only the Labour Party could be behind all these
corruptions in the courts, after other corruptions in Job Centre, in Social
Security & my Land Lord & in DWP & DWP Lawyers; So only the Labour

controlling the court staff caught in corruption in plot to and stealing my

other summonses nor Securitas nor DWP, deliberately non for those other
defendants Securitas & DWP in my 15 January 2007 summonses, Vs Labour Party,

defendants and later sent to court February 2007 summonses they deliberately
left without court seal and respective defendants singular case numbers, and not
answering my letter after letter

Foley & O’Sullivan, hiding court fees & issues mangers names and
simple things asked for in my repeated letters, so they both was 2 of the mail
crooks behind all the criminal plots and delays against my summonses, after
court only sending me 1 case Number Vs Labour Party dated 22 February 2007 and
not sent me of the others in than summonses nor my must be sealed summonses
copies back, nor the other February 07 sent summonses further attaching
summonses’ causes and co-defendants’ later summonses’ case numbers nor my
sealed copies of those, and noting else to me till 27 March 2007 she backdated
letter to me, like O’Sullivan backdated one to me lying; So she Foley &
her Managers and Court Services head I was already witness against and was under
my pending court summonses, was herself in the plot and silences up to 27 March
2007 till my letters that was sub-dated 5 Feb & 5 March & 27 March 07
flushed her and O’Sullivan out to backdate their abusing me and justice
letters to me 27 & 29 March 2007 and then she & Court Services
O’Sullivan was still dodging my said repeatedly sent 5 Feb & 5 March &
27 March and other letters against their own corruption issues, of which
plotting crime with O’Sullivan and Labour Party Mafia agents in the Royal
Court & Court Services Offices and with Downing St was simply to keep quite
and later use time to criminally hide and or steal my summonses form reaching
jury trial that I demanded by Magna Carta civilian safety jury trial laws rights
and by UN laws rights to be heard in any court as I am Human Being and my
civilised freedom of speech Court House Vs political and legal system Corruption
too). So
all the court, even to now, by after 15 January 2007 feet dragging was, in with,
doing was and is part of Labour Party Mafia court staffs plot Vs all my
summonses; Something had to be done by end of March Vs them all:
Police had to be used by me, but safely, so because Blair Controls

April 2007, I asked police to use video cameras and raid and arrest them all
that’s in the court and in all ranks of court heads, and arrest all Labour
Party and remove everybody from the records before they fabricate things to fit
their criminal delays of justice, games, silence and damaging my summonses, and
before more harm to various parts of my life while I am waiting for jury trial
of Labour Party, Job Centre’s Securitas
private firm, State’s Department of Works & Pension, States Social
Security, and my Land Lord & their staff all caught in the ongoing
criminal victimisation of me by Labour Party since 31 August 2006 crimes
committed Vs me by Allen Shelley in the Job Centre I exposed crimes against so
they tried to frame me and got caught on tape 31 August 06 framing me with
impossible in laws threats to me for cover-up of crimes by
the Labour Party inter-department Mafias;
So as the
court mafia was playing with me and my said January & February 07 summonses
I had to ask police to arrest them all in the courts & Labour Party also because only Labour
Party could be pulling the court strings against justice and me and hiding the
rest of my summonses, for civilian safety jury trial against court staff
corruption, that must be case numbered, sealed front & back page, and
returned to me in 1 ½ days, and served on the defendants with separate case
numbers to match respective defendants defaults or trials’ judgement; So urgently summonses must
be filed and must be served on me and defendants in 1 ½ days after I give them
the court. so all my 2007 said
January & February 2007 summonses were being stolen and played with by
Labour Party Mafias in the courts offices all ranks, for all in the court was
playing the ignoring my letters asking where was my sealed and case numbers
copies and rest of the defendants case numbers -(Only had 1 case number for one
Vs Labour Party while not sealed and returned to me yet)- etc, and so they playing I
asked police to arrest them all because I was being ignored or decoyed by all in
the courts systems levels not answering where are my copies of my summonses and
the case numbers for each of the co-defendants, I only had one, being ignored
and played and no response from any of the summonses defendants nor their
lawyers nor from any state DWP nor Social Security nor Landlord department any
Department lawyer from 31 August 2006, nor from Downing St in 2007, I smelling a
total silence by all defendants plot co-ordinated by the Labour Party mafia in
their departments too, so smelling total silence and decoy form the courts I
asked police to -(Police ignored me to now while
more damage to my summonses be done),
arrest not only the court staff but also Tony Blair & his whole Cabinet
& Labour Party & court staff and all heads & agent in said
departments and then police to get the emergency Queen to dissolve our UK
Parliament for emergency new elections, put all Departments under non party M.Ps
control, so new national & local elections, because Labour Party, the police
controllers via Home Office too, have plainly pulled political strings in
supposed to be impartial independent courts of law and justice that’s set to
be equal access to public services and courts by our Magna Carta & you U.N
laws to secure justice to all not just to only the rich, and mighty who are
blacklisting me form all public services in a free democratic state, hypocrisy;
So I asked the supposed to be independent Metropolitan Police to use police
videos and arrest and remove them in the court and Labour Party away for all
public departments records, and yet the police have not raided them with police
cameras and not removed them all from the court nor records safety nor summonses
court files safety nor secured and logged and protected records by police as
they police raided BBC years ago, in Thatcher’s time, to secure evidence of
alleged BBC corruption and for court evidence records as to now case law of
police powers dued to me, and so warrants how I asked for same police moves to
secure all in courts & all State departments records Vs cover-ups and
tampering by bent court and Labour Party Mafias staff, nor have police yet
raided 10 Downing St & Department of Constitutional Affairs & Department
of Works & Pensions nor the other related departments in the corruption so

United Nations Human Rights laws against (So
break E.U Human Rights Laws too).
