Anyway.  This email was origianlly just to say or record today Thursday 16 November 07 seems to be my last day out, from Hospital, the Dr has been plotting and intimidating me even before the tribunal on Monday 19th, after which he is unsafe to be near me again or put me on more or even continue his forced or blackmailed on me medication.  

Yes this maybe my last day is because they had a Ward Round meeting (Doctors and team and Nurses meeting I not gone into since 25 October lie I called off going home on med till final discharge) this morning, that I do not have to go into, and after the Doctor passed me and Mr Welsh in the in the Hospital corridor at dinner time and said nothing to me, but a few minutes later as I got into get ready to go out for few hours leave they had already primed and set to use a nurse from in the ward round to tell me that unless I see the doctor that Doctor Patrick Ezeani will send me, soon, they will stop all my leave that so I can not leave the hospital again, so can not contact you much more hence it seems. 

So I wanted to record all this on here now to show later that I already said to them from the first doctors in the police station 3-4 August 07, and said to Dr Ezeani from 6 August 07, and to the Hospital management heads, that they are not my doctors and never will be and I will consent to nothing being there nor to being on medication, and yet they have been pushing themselves and their drug medication on me by blackmail and coersion of I must either I take tablet medication or be raped with needles again and again as on 14 & 21 & 30 August or else also give in to the blackmail that I take the tablet or I do not go out of hospital again, and now more blackmail on me today 16 November 07 I hear from the nurse that they are forcing a new doctor on me when no doctor that has not seen me from the start of kidnapping me can be safe to now nor would know the whole history of me to now to be a new doctors to me at the last days; just before the appeal too, so Ezeani seems to want new doctor on me as his witnesses for tribunal or whatever later.  Its like having a case in court and using new different judges every day of the week to hears pieces of the case and then on the friday the new judge of the 5 set of judges bring back his final judgment which can not be whole regarding what was said monday to thursday.  Now they are forcing doctors on me to them to have witnesses, unstable witnesses before the appeal, and maybe even second opinion by the backdoor to back up their claim of mental illness.  

Why I am in hosital at all came out on 15 October 07.  The only thing I ever got from them was on that day that I am ill because I been fighting the corruption against so many departments that it is an illness now.  Kidnapping to shut me up because they cannot win by lawful court means is what it is.

So Dear Christian Lesecq if this is the last email from me for long while, please do not only put it on the web site too but also use it if you can or can not get the Citizens Commission of Human Rights to help you fight at the Commission Against Torture, and United Nation Human Rights Court for me. I really hope so or else I will be locked up for the next 3 months and then they may even make it a second section 3 6 months to keep me in hospital to work their drugs into me to mess up my mind and abuse me and my human rights so that they can work their part of the cover-up for all their so far failing and the crimes on me at the Hospital since 3-4 August 2007 up to now, of which was kidnapping of me via police station 3 August 2007 to work cover-up of crimes from 31 August 2006 to now committed by a) the Labour Party & DWP slavery with private Pertemps Employment Agency (like Nazi Germany work programs) I caught nationally breaking Articles 30, 4, 22-25 of UN Human Rights act 1948, b) accessory crimes by Social Security, c) accessory cover-up of crimes by national and local Police, and d) accessory cover-up of Labour Party and other crimes by Birmingham Council repeated attacking my 25 years home singling me out in criminal discriminating and harassments against me since December 06 trying to get into my home to steal evidence against them all said via secret bogus took out 25 July 07 summons for no owed rent in plot to empty my home to steal documents while they cooked with already in trouble since 31 August 06 local and national police to get the local Belgrave Rd police to kidnap me 3 August 2007 and pull strings in Mental health friends at the station to put me into the hospital 4 August so that the hospital now in trouble are committing more crimes on me to cover-up for the Hospital and Doctor that also caught in the national state cross department criminal discrimination mafia plots against me from 31 August 2006 to now.

By the way this morning the Ward Secretary said John Harrison came yesterday 16 November 07 and wants to see me as he said came yesterday while I was out on leave, he came without telling me he was coming, so late in the day before Monday's tribunal hearing.  I wanted to phone him but the Secretary would not let me speak in private nor let me take the potable phone out office to do it, as if they wanted to overhear what I would say to John Harrison who disappeared since 4 October 07, so I had to send in my own appeals grounds.  Anyway this morning 16 November 07 I had to go away till they finished their office work and when I went back they had gone from the office and it was diner time by then and I had to go out with Mr. welsh that visited me, so when I get back off this my maybe last leave I will see about John Harrison and what he has to say why he been hiding from me till last minute of the Appeal when I can use the phone to chat with him without them there tomorrow.
