willingly know what’s been going on and what was put on computer even to dump mail 14 June 07 to blow away, and then since many letters to him and forms 16 & 18 & 20 & 26 June 07 and letter to councillors to stop him they have still let or tell him Davis to write me 27 June 07 to arrive 3 July 07 saying he has read, I not working, and yet he Richard Davis writing me illegally 27 June 07 saying he still going to use the council taxes to still taking me to court to evict me for rent arrears I don’t owe so it plot to do so by criminal conflict of interest malice by him and his
