So Dear Ombudsman this is my emergency reply to your Adele Reynolds, Senior Investigator’s letter to me dated 28 June 07 that came at my c/o address on Tuesday 3 July 2007 full of plots, lies to only ambush my complaints against the whole Birmingham City Council, and not even said which exact letter of mine she is replying to by date -(Nor who told her to write me)- for her to criminally and deceitfully pacify me and deliberately automatically dump out my complaints by her lying I have not already, before 16 June 07, made the December 06 to now corruption matters known to all the council house and heads and staff in their council staffs relentless crimes on me and my tenancy since 18 December 06 to now, as be even listed in my letters to the council, as dated listed in my 16 June 07 complaint letter to you indicating my many letters from me to the council; So she your staff is deliberately avoiding them, after I listed the letters in the said 16 June 07 letter from me to council for you; So she sold me out in exchange for her illegal chatting with, and willingly believing the council’s, Chief Executive’s lies after he be culprits too for her to cover-up and let them plot more to raid my home, even now against my home after they received other 16 & 168 & 20 June 07 letters and spares 16 & 18 & 20 & 26 June 07 Housing Rent & council Tax Benefits Forms with me also saying I still not found liveable wage job yet at all in 2007, as all last year 06, nor am I getting any state benefits since 4 January 07 but still begging food only, nor have I any saving for any change to the 2006 to now 100% housing & tax rebate since last year I must get by law, so that they are still now criminally plotting to take me to court after they know their Richard Davis have the 16 June 07 backup extra Forms and read my letters they have from me in June 07, and they have wrote me 27 June 07 via Richard Davis that he is still out to go to court to break into my home after your Adele Reynolds woman chatted with them and main culprit Council’s Chief Executive to do her ilegal criminal misrepresentation fraud dump of my 16 June 07 complaints, which all proves she is in it and they still now doing the crimes on me said to you Ombudsman, so my complaints be still now in your system only to you to answer or your in criminal trouble Ombudsman with whoever else that plays more of your office games with me or try to let the council of the hook again or water down their crimes etc or let them raid my house with or without court order too. Ask what jury will say when I have defending my self by whatever violence needs be to save my home and property from council criminals and any mafia judge, so that the jury will want to see the difference of my defence in relation to USA & UK army in Iraq, and the difference when in state police assaulting civilians to bring them to justice. However this herein reply from me is not perfect but is emergency rushed to stop you letting your Adele Reynolds continue her plots in her letting the council still plots to break in and steal from my home; All of which will automatically hence impeach you the ombudsman’s self, and Adele Reynolds in person more too, when I would have to take witness in to media and then after into police station to see me file charges against you and Adele Reynolds With the Birmingham City Council Chief Executive and all them said or implied in my 16 June 07 letter complaints to you the Ombudsman -(And said in and repeated letters dated 16 & 18 & 20 June 07 against Richard Davis sent to the council to stop him)- and against all them in other 18 to now 07 letters that the council be hiding from your Adele Reynolds, or pretending to be hiding from Adele Reynolds’ deliberate whom has now deliberately partaking in the hiding of things that are in the council records from me since 18 December 06 to now the is in the collusion by she saying to me what she in here 28 June 07 letters has said deliberately dumping my 16 June 07 complaints to the ombudsman and yet taking word of liar Chief Executive that is one of the culprit in the plots against me, taking his dirty word all so that she Reynolds has deliberately set me up to allow the council to do what they have done to me after 16 June 07 via Richard Davis 28 June 07 illegal letter, set me up via her Adele Reynolds’ tricks in her’s and their Birmingham council house cooking with her to cause her to decoy write me in her 28 June 07 letter in her illegal in your Ombudsman staff’s plot to and cutting off of my 16 June 07 ombudsman complaints -(I want it reinstated or your in trouble with her Ombudsman)- by her default in her plots and her lying to me that the council have not been contacted by me before must be 16 June 07 about the ongoing corruption and plots against me and my tenancy since 18 December 06 which are discoursed in my 16 June 07 letter to the Ombudsman, copy sent the court and police and others, and that’s your Adele Reynolds criminal deceptions to me to pervert the course of my complaints to the ombudsman system while she set me up in her 28 June 07 letter for Council’s Richard Davis to continue his plots, and his Birmingham Chief Executives and heads plots, against me; So that is their latest next ongoing plot stage they think they will get them into my house to steal evidence against them and the others and others of said 3 Parties in the council house; So that your Adele Reynolds has now set me up for the council to do that illegal council conflicts of interest use of court on me next that is by law classed as criminal plots and malice use of public office for them to cover-up their own crimes and crimes by the council heads and staff via her your Adele Reynolds’ 28 June 07 letter, and done it to me for the council further cover-up after I wrote to the council too, over and over again, on16 & 18 & 20 & 26 June 07, warning them and Richard Davis again and again about Richard Davis’ pre 16 June 07 plots to break into my home to steal evidence against himself and against them in the council house, including against the Chief Executive in trouble before 18 December 06 too, after she Reynolds read I warned you the ombudsman in my 16 June 07 letter, that you must stop the Chief Executive and others and Richard Davis’ plots to break into my home to steal; All of which you the ombudsman and she your staff and the council, and he Richard Davis, all read I owe the council no money & why no money owed, and read that he Davis and they in the council be always unclean to be ever near me or my records or business ever again, and yet he has read and seen my letters against him and all said heads of the council -(That’s now cooking with your Adele Reynolds, to dump me for them to raid me and steal)- and that the Chief Executive and his other conspirators -(And your Adele Reynolds in it now, so are you Ombudsman in it next by what you do after this letter to you) and he Richard Davis was before 16 June 07 and is now still potting after 27 Jun e07 to extort by in effect steal public money, time, wages, resources and other staff to use council staff to bogus court action me to deliberately disguise their break into my home to steal evidence against himself and them, including against the Chief Executive of the City Council and all his Cabinet and Labour & Tory & lib Dem Councillors of which he is till writing to me his illegal 27 June 07 letter, after my 16 June letters and forms he has seen against him Richard Davis and his heads, and Chief Executive, so that he Richard Davis has now notified me 27 June 07 that he does not care if he is dirty or not and that he is illegally still plotting against me further and saying what he is still going to do against me and my tenancy, in his letter dated 27 June 07 that came backdated as usual council trick, even do his own crimes which is to use council litigation officers and court to maliciously pretend I am in rent arrears to the use other council whatever staff to issue court action to next disguise their council mafias’ break into my home to steal evidence against themselves and to remove me from my 25 years home for arrears I do not owe nor could owe.

So now Ombudsman you must remove your Offices Investigator Adele Reynolds, the Birmingham City Chief Executive himself, and said all the heads of the council house and said departments out of public office and away from all council records urgently, because as told you the ombudsman in my 16 June 07 letter and enclosures - non in the council be clean in the council to handle complaints against any level of council staff, which was plain in my last letter to you dated 16 June 2007; But your Adele Reynolds is communicating with the Birmingham City Council crooks I complained against, so Adele Reynolds deliberately cutting of my complaint by deception in her 28 June 07 letter has deliberately set it up for Ombudsman to be guilty next letting them the council crook be still at work plotting against me and talking to head crook the Chief Executive work only for her Reynolds to register the lie that I not raised the corruption and plots against em and my tenancy matter with the council to yet; and that’s while she Reynolds and they know they all in the council know non be clean to be left in the council to judge themselves nor anyone in the council anyway, nor be judge of selves nor each other in the crimes nor be left in the public offices to be able to, as Adele Reynolds plotted, for them the corrupt council all ranks officers and Chief Executive culprits in the council be safe to be illegally now doctoring the council records to sue Adele Reynolds lying to me letter dated 28 June 07; also lie to me in her sly letter to me so that now he Richard Davis and Chief Executive and all Council heads is still plotting and making threats via Richard Davis to use court to maliciously break and enter into my home to steal, while his is Davis saying he read my 16 June 07 letters against him in his 27 June 07 letter’s that’s also further his malicious legal action threat to me; So Your Adele Reynolds and the said council’s Chief Executive and heads of Benefits & Litigation and customer care crooks all knows they and he Richard Davis pre-knows the laws of conflicts of interests and malice that says he Davis, and all them behind his Richard Davis’ further after 16 June 07 plots, is always unclean and should already be on suspension with the Council’s Chief Executive of the council, and others council leaders above them, with him Davis, via the ombudsman at least, and so Davis and them all know by law he and they in the council must be plotting against me more after 16 June 07 and that is after they know they all in the council house and Richard Davis and Chief Executives and leaders of the council and said 3 party councillors should have already been be moved away from all my records and business with the council (It seem they just dared him to write to me as they can find no else to make the court action threat for excuse to break into my home for bogus rent arrears I do not owe), never mind Richard Davis being still at work after 16 June 07 to be now used by the council head plot to raid me via bogus use of court, nor allowing the culprit Chief Executive of the Council to lie to your Ombudsman Adele Reynolds’ plot to and dumping my complaint to Ombudsman in her 28 June 07 letter that came same day 3 July 07 even same day as the other culprit Richard Davis trespassed via my c/o address to criminal witness intimidate me and making his further warning me, after more forma and letters in the council house so that he is he is still saying he is still going to take me to court for him and whoever in the council culprits to get into my home to obviously steal evidence against him and Councils Chief Executive and against then all his heads in said council house and departments of housing, council benefits, revenues, legal services and litigation whom that are also already named in my February 07 summonses said in my 16 June 07 letter to the Ombudsman and letter to the council against to Richard Davis, so they unclean be in it too as said was in court since February 2007 summonses sent the court, so the heads of the council House and all involved now and hence in the council knows non be clean to go to court Vs me anyway, of which your Ombudsman’s Offices’ Adele Reynolds read and still conspired with the Council’s Chief Executive of Birmingham to accept only his Chief Executive lies to Ombudsman that lie that they the Birmingham Council knew nothing about my plights against the council staff and council corruption since 18 December 06 for her to dump my complaints Vs the Chief executive and all staff from highest to lowest in council house and departments; And so she your Adele Reynolds dumped my Ombudsman complaint in her 28 June 07 letter illegally and deliberately to cover-up for the council crooks, plainly did it to me now after she been plotting with Chief Executive Birmingham City Council’s one of the chief culprits, and yet she your Ombudsman’s Adele Reynolds did not even tell me exactly who told her to write to me her 28 June 2007 for it to reach me 3 July 07; Yes even since my 16 June 07 letter to the Ombudsman -(Before the council had to in front of my witnesses sealed to prove receiving of the 26 June 07’s 6th Housing Benefits Claims update Form, before 28 & 27 June 07 plots by Adele Reynolds and Chief Executive and Richard Davis and Chris Gibbs etc)- they in the Council House & departments had copy of my 16 & 18 & 20 June 07 letters -(Enclosed herein)- and Housing & Benefits update Form dated 16 & 18 & 20 & 26 June 07 exposing -(With spare copy of 25 January 07 one too)- the plots further after 16 June 07 against me by Richard Davis, Chris Gibbs, Litigation Dept, and Chief Executive -(And obviously by all heads of the council house Labour, Tory & Lib Dem M.Ps you were told to remove from me and my records and put on suspension for re-election)- and yet he Richard Davis and Leader of the Council have still plotted to again commit more crimes on me by himself illegally writing to me 27 June 07 and still making threat to go to court after 27 June 07 to get me out of my home so they would be using bogus court action so they can raid my home to steal evidence against themselves. And that’s now their plots because your Adele Reynolds say you Ombudsman, via Adele Reynolds Senior investigator, have had my 16 Jun e07 complaints letter against the heads of Birmingham City Council & their Richard Davis and all his heads and staff of said Departments, and have read that my 16 June 07 letter and seen the council staff dangers and crimes on me and their ongoing before, and now further, plots on me, And yet you Ombudsman have been using Adele Reynolds tricks to be still dragging your feet since 16 June 07 to be illegally letting your staff Adele Reynolds be playing the cover-up later games of first talking to -(You Ombudsman were to raid the Council, suspend all Tory & Labour & Lib Dem & Chief Executive and staff and all housing and benefits and debt recovery staff & revenues staff involved and suspend remove them all as in my 16 June letter’s as unclean as accused by me, so you were to remove them all from the records before they doctor them and feed you with or collude with the Ombudsman system to only find or go into only what they want you Ombudsman to believe, even already now lying to you now that they the council found nothing or have anything from me against themselves nor against Chief Executive himself that is unclean for you to ask for anything after 16 June 07)- to the Chief Executive illegally now then cutting of my complaints; illegally now after only chatting with Chief Executive and whoever else secretly from me after he the Chief Executive and they in the council litigation, Housing, Benefits Office already know that he Chief Executive was supposed to be on suspension since last year, and before he and they now chit chatting with your Ombudsman staff while they be cooking after 16 June 2007 with the present ripe culprit Richard Davis to still confident to be moving on with his criminal conspiracy to steal plots of now saying he is still going to court to remove me from my home so that he and they can steal evidence against themselves from my home where there is now death traps, while all in the said departments, the said ombudsman staff now, and Richard Davis are unclean forever, after your Adele Reynolds would have talked to the ombudsman as said in her 28 June 07 letter to me that came 3 July 2007, and yet they in the Council and its Chief Executive are still setting him Richard Davis after 27 June 07 to force himself on me to break into my home by bogus court action after he and them in the council and Adele Reynolds read that I will never consent to his Richard Davis’ jurisdiction in any my business nor council records, because he and Chief Executive and all heads of the council departments I wrote you against be already in the council plots and they all already know that he Richard Davis is recorded in council records, letters and so forms, as already unclean re anything to do with me since my 16 June 07 letter against Richard Davis, and against whoever behind him, so that they have been chatting with your Ombudsman Adele Reynolds to cover-up team tricks to not suspend them but dump my complaints to Ombudsman after she reads the Chief Executive was unclean as I said in my 16 June 07 letter; And so your Adele Reynolds have let them be setting him Richard Davis on me again to be again using him Richard Davis further to be illegally writing to me his illegal 27 June 07 4 Paged letter -(& new illegal new condition of tenancy booklet)- letter that is harassing and criminal plots motivated t get into my home to steal evidence against himself and them in the council’s highest officers, and so is illegally refusing to remove his unclean self Richard Davis from me, and from my records and my business with the council; So the City Council’s Chief Executive be in the latest plots to lie to your Ombudsman investigation records systems and to get indirect passive permission to be dealing with you the Ombudsman when he the Chief Executive has been involved in the corruptions said in my 16 June 07 letter, so I will never consent to you Ombudsman’s Office dealing with him the Chief Executive because he is corrupt in all the past council plots before and as reported to you the ombudsman, and he is in the present after 16 June 07 plots with Richard Davis as revealed in the ramifications of your dealing with him before and as revealed in Richard Davis’ said latest criminal abuse 27 June 07 letter to me, again criminally trespassing and their disguised plots in that letter that I will never consent to him such Jurisdiction nor consent his again further after 16 June 07 criminal harassment of me and my tenancy that I now complaint you the Ombudsman about.

You Ombudsman was told that you have to, but have not, suspended them and removed them all from my council office and records and business, but you let your Ombudsman’s Adele Reynolds do chit chatting with the crooked Birmingham City Council Chief Executive while they still been plotting to use Richard Davis (That has nothing to lose now as he is caught)- to ignore 16 & 18 & 20 & 26 June 07 letters and forms form me to continue his criminal plots to eventually commit criminal breaking and entry into my home to steal evidence against himself, against the Chief Executive self, all Labour & Tory & Lib Dem Councillors -(Except maybe the Councillors named Hamilton, when have not replied to any of my letters against council corruption before and after 18 December 06 though)- and the heads of and staff of Housing, revenues, Legal services & litigation, Council Benefits and whoever else been in this consistent plot against my tenancy since 18 December 06 to now to steal evidence against themselves or others . I want chronological full copies of everything your Adele Reynolds ever done to and with and from Birmingham City Council, and same re who ever else, since 16 June 07; all full names too, not staff home address. I have rights to have all these things for pending court actions Bs Ombudsman’s office for what Adele Reynolds has done to me now. So rut stamp on every page to make sure they are originals, and put all in table format itemised descriptive list, saying who to, what for, whom from, date and action, including all internal emails between whoever.

So note I do not now nor ever will nor did consent to Adele Reynolds’ letters cooking for the council crooks like Chief Executive to be handling anything against himself nor any council culprits to be investigating themselves, if that is what you Ombudsman have done via Adele Reynolds; it won’t ever work nor be ever consented too. I don to consent for any of the crooks in the council house systems nor department systems to be ever at work never mind you letting them in the council to be messing with any records, and daring your Adele Reynolds tricks with Councils Chief Executive (Whom already has legal notice already against him anyway), for or with his chit chats or in whatever he communicated with whom in the council that must have in many letters from me read they be unclean to be near records anyway, and so The Chief Executive must be in conspiracy and so must be hiding things from your Ombudsman’s Adele Reynolds for your Adele Reynolds to be saying, in his or her 28 June 07 letter that came 4 July 07, they the council do not to have records of this or that to Adele Reynolds.
