&3 & letter)- again out of the blue cutting of my rent & tax benefits again, 2^nd time since bogus December cut off, even in February while I still not working since last year 2006 nor have any income at all -(Even to now) and that February 07 plot and cut of my benefits again so saw more summonses enter court Vs Victoria Burgess & Chris Gibbs & your head Lawyers Mirza Ahmad & David Talbot and others in February 07, and then d) more plots and lies by Chris Gibbs, still full of malice and unclean to be near my business and records deliberately, let his nameless staff backdate benefits bill dated 31 March 07 to counter my other 24 & 28 February letters sent ow plots to br31 March 07 they had deliberately not been answered, for it to come 31 March 07 saying again I beat them as it said noting to pay by me, so they had by 31 March 07 retracted Chris Gibbs & Victoria Burgess 15 & 16 February 07 arrears plots to get into my home to steal, then more plots and lies when d) after all council still not answering any of my letters from 28 February 07 (Some before too), except for Deputy Leader of council 28 February backdated letters tricks and lies, they then lost the said February 07arears in the said 23 came 31 march bill letter, yet went quiet and still not answering more of my letter, until out of the blue again they let unclean Chris Gibbs and already unclean Assistant Director of Revenues plot more and with no reason again write me 2 bill letters, saying, in those two letters they backdated 10 & 18 May 07 letters, they have illegally suspending my benefits again -(Again to counter my after 31 March letters contents nobody answered to now, nor ever replied to the February 07 sent court summonses I sent them in person and the council litigation office against them and the council)- which came 21 May 07 saying they have put me in arrears again deliberately after I still not working so must pay no rent nor tax by law, whereby after the two letters cutting of my benefits by criminal harassment and malice and plots to get into my home to steal started I wrote 21 May 07 letters against Chris Gibbs and them all for yet another started 10-18-21 May 07 fresh plot to deliberately put me into arrears to use bogus court action to eventually break and enter my home to steal things against themselves and the said heads and staff council house and departments, and then they went quiet till I sent other letters, then out of blue Chris Gibbs found fresh sleaze blood by the name of Richard Davis to illegally plot with and with already codefendant Reena / Hema Chauhan to set it up to look as if Heads of Benefits & Director Of Housing Chris Gibbs -(Both In trouble with me for years of other abuses on me)- is ever clean again to get him Richard Davis dumped letter on ground write me 14 June that he -(Like Housings Chauhan in her illegal letters dated 12 June that came 14 June 07 trying to make Chris Gibbs clean again for his then next set 14 June 07 stage pots with Richard Davis)- Davis is ignoring my 21 May 07 letter, and ignoring the occupation and plots I exposed against my tenancy –(So that he Richard Davis is doing the crook Chris Gibbs will in further plots of lying I have anything to pay when all my letters say I have no income last year and non at all this year so by law I have nothing to pay)- so that he Richard Davis then made Davis’ 1 paged non council letter head letter on my garden floor 14 June 07 to blow away containing more lying the rent arrears had gone up from up to £1060 because Chris Gibbs said 10 & 18 May that they want all the benefits they paid for me tax & rent Benefits all back and so they no was using Richard Davis to do these crimes on me 14 June 07 by him did passing my C/o address again making threat he will be taking court action for all the money they want back from me which they read I could not owe as not worked since last year to then 14 June nor to now, so their ongoing 10 & 18 May 07 lie they really want back all the money from me and crimes and new plots via Richard Davis that 14 June 07 letter was to set me up for their future plots lead that me to try write to Ombudsman -(As he is still going to process me into court for eviction for rent even after says he read I still not worked since all last year to then so that he is still now plotting while being unclean to be near my business or record again after 14 June in his now plots to abuse court to break and enter my home to steal after 27 June 07, and the other letter that came 3 July 07 was from Councilors 3 Junmbudsman’s crooked staff has wrote to me 28 June 07 lying to me and also caught Ombudsman’s staff now been caught not removing the council house and departments said crooks first from the departments & records but doing unsafe council cover-up space armchair investigating in new sleaze corruption plot with your City Council’s Chief Executive -(That be Pretending that knew he was with you Council Chief Executive to write to me that she head investigator belief in lying City Chief Executive culprit, so now you and Ombudsman’s self must read this via you 3 Sparkbrook Councilors and so all of you must urgently remove all staff involved in the plot to take me to court for something I do not owe and so you al must stop the said plots to getting to my home to steal evidence via You Ombudsman was told that you have to, but have not, suspended them and removed them all from my council office and records and business, but you let your Ombudsman’s Adele Reynolds do chit chatting with the crooked Birmingham City Council Chief Executive while they still been plotting to use Richard Davis (That has nothing to lose now as he is caught)- to ignore 16 & 18 & 20 & 26 June 07 letters and forms form me to continue his criminal plots to eventually commit criminal breaking and entry into my home to steal evidence against himself, against the Chief Executive self, all Labour & Tory & Lib Dem Councillors -(Except maybe the Councillors named Hamilton, when have not replied to any of my letters against council corruption before and after 18 December 06 though)- and the heads of and staff of Housing, revenues, Legal services & litigation, Council Benefits and whoever else been in this consistent plot against my tenancy since 18 December 06 to now to steal evidence against themselves or others . Even repeatedly plotting arrears and eviction notices without reason, so repeatedly caught from when they used unnamed person to bypass my since Feb 06 c/o address at 11 Muntz House to deliberately come to my home 45 Timbers Way and deliberately dumped a lying letter that I owed £116.84 rent, out of the blue, after I replied by various attack modes against their plots, they then in a days put it up on 25 December 06 to £368.52 as in a Mrs Bradley’s letter to me dated 28 December 06 that was sent to the right c/o address at 11 Muntz House, Ladywood, that time; while another letter dated 28 December 06 also came before end of 2006 saying have they sorted out my notified since Feb 06 c/o address, so no more dumping should have happened after December 2006, but it did as you will read -(But they did later dump again 31 Jan 07 and now again 14 June 07 when it fits their plot to bypass my c/o address to set me up for hit and run tactics of creeping up on me by bogus court process use to use bailiff to accessory their criminal break in and steal from my house by disguise of court process, can only be their tricks and bypassing my c/o address).   But all that said bogus arrears in December 06 letters to me was while I was signing on all last year 2006 at Job Centre before Xmas, and signing on due again after 18 December 06, when also those 2 December letters arrears was retracted -(Said bogus 18 & 25 December rent arrears)- in only a  Benefits decision letter bill that came 4 January 07 that they obviously plotted to and backdated as cover-up bill letter dated 29 December 06 saying I have nothing to pay;  Of which strangely was delivered at my C/o address 11 Muntz House the same 4 January 07 day that I was also illegally banned by Job Centre Staff that was on the door of Job Centre, Manager under charges too, telling me they don’t care its witness intimidating me and that they banned me from entry into Job Centre without reason, so I can not enter to now nor be ever safe to enter the Job Centre again for them to team work frame me to cover-up their crimes I exposed since August 2006. 25 January 07 when I also had to put in a letter and 25 January 07 update Benefits Form to be update to my just then last Benefits Form dated 2 January 07 I sent in. And all that was while Mafiosi pulled string at the Job Centre, since before 7 December 06 I been having the illegal rent arrears fight, then out of the blue when I went to sign on time they under pending court action notice banned me from entering the Job Centre to stop me from signing on time, so they could slyly use fear of me passing them for them and their Manger & John Hutton’s M.P’s Party Mafias to cut off my Job Centre income befits money, all because I gave them in the Job Centre that I am suing them notices at Job Centre for their 31 August 06 to then crimes to me to cover-up others crimes I exposed to Job Centre heads etc, and so they bared from signing on so that I had to wait till 21 Jan 07 to see for sure that they not only banned me entering the Job Centre but that they also stopped all my social security contributions payments to me, so I had to wait till 21 Jan 07 to see if I do get more money from the Job Centre or and I did not get anymore, so I put in explaining letter and Council Benefits Form 25 January 2007 into Council Benefits saying I do not get any money form anywhere, no state benefits anymore, so I am worse off, so I do not have to pay any rent nor tax until I find Job or get back the Job Centre money, when I will tell the council of such change again, so by -(Equal opportunity and anti discrimination law working)- law I had from then and still to now June 07 have nothing to pay in rent nor tax after their December 06 letter cleared all illegal arrears -(Their Mafias planted on me)- and continues so in law  until when I report change of income at all or find a paid job, so till then when I write the council of changes I said in all my ever letters to the council to now, over and over again, I am only begging food because I can’t sign on again till all crook in Job Centre be moved out and I get all in writing is safe and that they admit they illegally witness intimidated me to and banned me to be never safe to go back in the Job Centre, unsafe for me till they all Mangers & staff and Labour Party heads be brought to court justice. But after that my said 25 January 07 letter and council Benefits Update Form from me 25 January 2007, all heads of Benefits Chris Gibbs & staff, Housing Director Elaine Elkington staff, and the others in Benefits & Revenues & Housing Directorship and all heads in the council house & Council Cabinet & Chief Executive I ever contacted about their December plots, all wanted it all covered-up, after the council was caught in the said December 06 illegal rent arrears fabrications and corruption and other plots against me and my tenancy -(Which was also part of Job Centre’s & John Hutton’s Mafias pulling strings to oppress me in December 06 too)-, and also that after I was banned from the Job Centre 4 January 2007 and had no money at all and no saving at all I had to wait till 21 January 2007 to put in the letter and form that no change except I have no income at all from anywhere, but they in the council House, Housing, Benefits, Customer Care, Revenues, Lawyers Office caught in crimes on me, whom Council House heads should have removed from me and records, all had to continue their plot and afflictions of me after my 3 & 25 January 2007 letter and Form from me, in their plots against me in their hope to cover-up that already December 2006 lie of rent arrears -(And also cover-up for another kept secret December eviction notice to quit)- and so they  post of 25 January 2007, tried to use David Fairbotham to get me out of my home by him bypassing my c/o address again on 31 January 2007 and left 3 paged letter, 1 dated 25 January 07 and other sided dated 30 January 2007 saying I have 28 days to vacate my home which I replied to 31 January 2007 & 1 February 2007, and them they fund they in the council house and Housing and Revenues and Benefits in criminal trouble they used a Hema Chauhan to write me a letter dated 9 February in an 12 February 07 envelope to counter my 31 January & 1 January 07 letters wherein she in that 9 February 2007 letter's did lies and said the reason for the notice to quit -(Bypassing my c/o address 31 January 07 again as in December 06 dumped on ground to blow away, as 31 January 07 notice to quit to blow away, as they would do later 14 June 07 to blow away to move to court Vs me in secret away from my c/o address) was lying it was notice to quit in 28 days because there was reports that my house was empty and also saying that the 31 January 07 notice to quit my home has been rescinded as of  9 February 07 and it was also saying that there had been another notice to quit dumped on ground of my home for wind to blow away in December 06 as it did not come via my c/o address they have since before and Feb 06.  So that lying 9 February 07 letter from Hema Chauhan caused me to put 2 summonses into High Court Vs Hema Chauhan, David Fairbotham, the council and others, and also wrote against her…

and her 9 February 07 letter’s lies -(After all my December 06 letters said Vs plots in December 06)- even lie notice to quit 31 January 07 was because my house was empty, all told to all the heads the Council House & Executive heads and Hema Chauhan dated 20 February 2007 which non ever replied too, as usual in these plights, their game cover-up later game is not reply to letters so keep silence to plant things in council records as later cover-up tricks.  However, their deliberate since December

06 plots, to get deliberately me into arrears was their only option after 9 February 07.  So they openly used Chris Gibb’s ambush of me letter suspending my benefits to me dated 15 & 16 February 07 to continue that plot to put me in deliberate arrears again (After 9 February 07 letter Vs Hema Chauhan and whoever put her up to it, in the council house too).

So their next plot was more plots to further put me in arrears, after 29 December 06 benefits bill said 100% nothing to pay on 4 January 07, so it was malice after that because they failed against my tenancy.

Then that further plot to cover-up was via more plots after my 25 Jan 07 sent letter and Benefit Form joined my 2 January benefits form, that was witness sent them to exposing again that they had already been caught fabricating 2 rent arrears on me 18 & 25 December 06 of which -(Out of the blue when I last signed on 7 December 2006 at Job Centre, so rent & community covered by 100% discount by law)- I suspected was toward plots to abuse me for others in other state departments Job Centre & DWP, but both 18 & 28 December council rent arrears plots had failed during 18-29 December 2006; as will be found explained in my 25 January 07 letter and later expounded concurrently in all my 31 January & 1 & 3 February 07 letters -(In others after too)- after another out of the blue 31 January 07 illegal notice to Quit without reason was found by visitor dumped on my front door step to blow away -(Contrary to their 28 December 06 letter my c/o address is in all council records, where rent arrears Team had wrote saying the 18 December 06 dumped letters of £116.84 arrears had gone up to over £368.52 in 6 days on 25 December 06 they write 28 December to my c/o address telling me), as yet more of their bypassing my c/o address more after December 06 plots to get me out of my 25 years home, all malice notice to quit without reason in that found 31 January 07 notice to quit 3 paged letter all because I had to fight their December 06 2 rent arrears plots and won by 4 January 07, but after 4 January 07 I had to wait till 21 January 07 to write letter and send updated 25 January 07 slight change of benefits claims’ circumstance by having to write had to write on 25 January that after 4 January 07 I am worse off that in 2006 because since 4 January 07 I do not get any more Job Centre money, and wrote the council the reasons why and who maliciously did it to me to cover-up their own crimes in Job Centre & DWP heads of State so that I been begging food only ever since 4 January 07 as told them all in the council in all my ever after 24 January 07 letters to whoever in the council housing, benefits, litigation, Council House etc. Then after I sent that 25 January 07 letters and council Benefits Form to secure my already 100% rent and tax discount by law, then as said a visitor found 3 paged notice to quit on 31 January 07, that was backdated to beat my 25 January 07 letters change of benefits circumstance form, but they deliberately bypassed my c/o address and dumped it on my door step to blow away to may be go to court in February 07 to make sure the raid my home after 31 January illegal notice to quit to steal documents from inside my home, even as they are plotting and doing right now causing me to write this to stop them in June 07 now after they dumped another 14 June 07 notice of court action on my garden floor to blow away but it was raining and visitor found it (So that 4 times bypassed my C/o address to dump legal action next letters on the front of my home Garden to blow away. Why?).

So: After the 31 January 07 illegal notice to quit was found by a visitor and I wrote serious and legal action notice letters to the head lawyer Mirza Ahmad and heads of council 31 January 07, 1 & 3 February 07, that caused that they retracted the 31 January 07 dumped on the ground notice to quit in Hema Chauhan’s sly backdated letter -(To beat all mine)- dated 9 February 07 retraction that was sent to my c/o address in envelope dated 12 Feb and arrived 15 February 07 -(February 07 High Court case from me gone to court Vs their plots, and Hema Chauhan and barrister Mirza Ahmad and the council and others I charged in February 07 too. But this 9 February letter came the same day Chris Gibbs already dirty suspended my benefits in letters dated 10 & 15 February 07, so they Chauhan and Gibbs and others like barrister Mirza Ahmad had planed these letters to cross repent of the notice to quit and also attack me in dated 10 & 15 February 07 letters that came 22 February 07, backdating going on, after I wrote 20 February 07 letter against Hema Chauhan I suing, as in court in February 07 too)- which Hema Chauhan also exposed there was also secret other notice to quit dumped on my garden to blow away in December 06 on top of the 18 December 06 rent arrears plot they bypassed my c/o 11Muntz House address so dumped too. Maybe they were afraid I had found it in December 06 and said nothing during the December 06’s deliberate arrears fight with them, but it was after the 9 February 07 letter that came 15 February 07 when first knew anything about that first December 06 illegal notice to quit which they had kept secret in December 06 till in that received 15 February 9 February 07 letter, and so they must have then also bypassed my c/o address and dumped a notice to Quit to blow away and kept it secret till my 31 & 1 & 3 February 07 letters caused their 9 February 07’s retracting the 31 January one which exposed they had bypassed my c/o address and dumped it in December 2006 too;

So at this point, in February 07, it is worth noting that it was my said pre 15 February 2007 letters to them that brought it out about the December secret 1^st of to then 2 illegal notices to quit that they bypassed c/o 11 Muntz House and dumped it on garden in December 06 to bow away during when they were also lying 18 December 06 I was in arrears found on the door stem to blow away 18 December 06 and via my c/o address then put it up Christmas day £368.52 7 days after they had secretly had dumping a rent arrears bill for £116.84 on 18 December 06 to blow away that was found by visitor 18 December 06 outside saying that I was in arrears; but after another my later dated 28 December 06 saying the c/o address is set in all departments they retracted the £368.52 rent arrears in back their dated bill letter dated 29 December 06 that came 4 January 07 saying nothing to pay; which was strangely the same day Mafia at Job Centre bared me to now from signing on so that since 4 January I begging food only, have no savings nor wage nor money from anywhere so I am worse of than all last year so rights to 100% rent & tax discount as told the Council Benefits and heads of council and lawyers in many my letters since 25 Jan 07, then out of blue bypassed my c/o address again and served eviction notices to quit in 28 days without reason and had to retracting that eviction notice in Hema Chauhan’s 9 Feb 06 after I put bypass my c/o address to obviously sneak summonses into court; I had posted letter dated 20 February 07 to Hema Chauhan and heads against these her 9 February 07 letters lies and tricks (They would now then get it and realize their in deeper trouble as I was sending summonses to court, so they would then have to get heads of Council benefits Chris Gibbs and Victoria Burgess to rush to pretend cross letters with my 20 February 07 one to backdate and suspend my benefits to put me in arrears again, as below explained and why, to counter this said 20 February 07 letter and the contents of my others said above, 24 & 31 Jan & 1 & 3 Feb 07, and said 20 Feb 07 too).

So that Chris Gibbs string pulling mafias illegal suspension of my 100% Council Benefits dated 15 & 16 February 07, that came 21 February backdated to counter my 20 February 07 letter Vs them & Reena Hema / Chauhan, was purely malicious; and was deliberately sent backdated -(To counter my 24, 31 Jan, 1 & 3 & 20 February 07 letters to then too) and came to my c/o address on 22 February 07, 2 days after mine dated 20 February 07 Vs Hema Chauhan, so his two was backdated to 15 & 16 February 07 to look as if it was before my 20 February 07 letters against Chauhan and others including Chris Gibbs and the others with Hema Chauhan, Mirza Ahmad, David Fairbotham, Victoria Burgess, Sharon Lea and Council House heads, revenues heads, Housing heads and team work abuse cross-departments staff too.

So for that 21 February 07 delivered sly Chris Gibbs & Victoria Burgess etc malicious backdating 2 letters and tricks and suspension of my Council 100% Rent & Tax Benefits and other plots, so I served legal 24 February 07 legal action notice on them all and Chris Gibbs and the others via all Tory, Labour & Lib Dem M.Ps & councilors & Cabinet & Department heads & staff; And then I sent another similar letter dated 28 February 07 letters to all council house M.Ps & Councilors, Cabinet, Executives heads and Vs them all as heads to stop these crime to then too, of which my 24 February 07 letter was which led Lib Dem Leader of the Council Paul Tilsley to write me, backdated letter because of my next 28 February 07 letter trapped him & all, saying that he has passed my 24 February 07 letter to already said dirty Council Head Barrister Mirza Ahmad’s & David Tatlow’s heads of the Council Litigation Office, obviously for clean persons to stop the Chris Gibbs and all others plots against me, my home, plots to get into my home to steal evidence & documents Vs them and Mirza Ahmad & Talbot, and also to give me full copies of and information of what I asked for an still always want for court use, needing copies of every council records excluding staff home addresses, and yet to now June 07 no such things been done nor given to me yet, but all Chris Gibbs and others have been left or to be controlled by Litigation and Council House to continue their crimes on me and my tenancy to now while all Litigation and council house have gone quite in Litigation, and in all the Council House since 28 February 07 and so to now be in the said post 15 & 16 February 07 Chris Gibbs plots -(Onward into this 14 June 07 new plot by Richard Davis to use court against me in 7 days for £1060, up from £377.52 since 18 May 07 after it was clear by 23 March 07 benefits bill letter noting to pay, so they built it up after 31 March to plot to break and enter my home in June after 23 my March 07 letter again countered Chris Gibbs 15 & 16 February 07 suspension of my benefits by malice but it granted 23 March again, so I do not owe any since 4 January 07 as since last year 06 nor have it and must get 100% Council benefits by law anyway, as I am begging food only since 4 January 07 Job Centre Bared me from passing to sing-on, so unsafe to enter Job Centre in case they frame me and call 999 to cover-up theirs and their heads crimes I exposed before and on 31 August 06)- letters and in more plots by him and others to now after I wrote to all council house 24 & 28 February 07 to his heads and all councilors and M.Ps and Cabinet against him Chris Gibbs, Victoria Burgess, Revenues Directors that must be in it, and others for his and their his friends malicious 15 & 16 Feb 07 letters plots and lies against my tenancy, by he Chris Gibbs and Victoria Burgess -(In summonses sent court in February 07), while both were already and always will unclean to be near me and my records or business again.

However after I sent other letters to the council, 5^th March 07, suddenly out of the blue on 31 march 07 came a Benefits bill decision letter dated 23 March 07 (Trying to counter my 28 Feb & 5 March etc unanswered even to now letters to all councilors and M.Ps and as said). It came via my C/o address dated 23 March 07 and retracted the 15 & 16 Feb 07 Chris Gibbs and Victoria Burgess plots against my tenancy and me. So all was clear by a Benefits bill letter that came 31 March 07 backdated to 23 March 07 saying noting to pay which was only sent me to counter my 24 Feb, 5 March 28 March 07 and other letters against him Chris Gibbs, Victoria Burgess and others, and all heads of council house and departments in deeper and deeper criminal trouble and cover-ups for the plots that’s been concurrently going on since 18 December 06 against my tenancy and me: Criminal Discrimination law breaking too. But all the council House has gone total silent since 28 February 07 plotting to

use Chris Gibbs against my tenancy and me. So note here and remember that after the 31 March 07 all benefits clear letters and while all heads of council house and legal services keeping deliberately quit then he Chris Gibbs and revenues directors plotted to put me in arrears via their only council two May 07's 2 letters dated 10 & 16 May 07 that was delivered to my c/o address on 21 March 07 demanding all the granted to me from January Council Rent & Tax Benefit back from me, deliberately putting me in arrears since them to now in their plots to now June, all because of my 24 & 31 Jan, 1 & 3 & 24 & 28 Feb, & 5 & 28 March letters got them and heads of the council house and other said departments into criminal trouble for their plots; and so after those 10 & 18 may 07 lying Chris Gibbs and Assistant but also Directors of revenues letters came 21 may 07 that illegal demanding all the money benefits back from me £377.52 for rent, I then wrote my 21 May 07 letters against both Chris Gibbs and heads of Revenues for their latest then May 07 plots to again put me in arrears 10 & 18 May 07 -(To cross counter my other letter)- by malice, and while I am waiting for heads of the councils reply, including to all clean new Lib Dem, Tory & Labour 07 Councilors & Executives & Cabinet to all get copy, except Sparkbrook clean new 4 May 07 councilors, all went quit after my 21 May 07 letter, against Chris Gibbs and others. Then out of the blue on 14 June 07 via my C/o Address came a letter dated 12 June 07, and while that was come and dumped on floor mail again for the 4 time since 18 December 06 a council officer pretending to be doing debt recovery had plots to and illegally dumped a letter dated 14 June 07 on my garden floor to blow away again and therein was making illegal legal threat to use court on me for £1060 arrears I could not owe anyway, but my rent is about £70 a week but the had put it up from 10 & 18 May Chris Gibbs plot from £377.52 up to £1060 arrears by 12 June -(Same day Reena Chauhan tried her 12 June 07 letter to twist me to make her and Chris Gibbs clean again to be dealing with me and or be near my records since their crimes I wrote against and put casein court Feb 07, for them both to inspire and sent Richard Davis to finish me off 14 June and failed to be ever clean anyway), and so he Richard Davis bypassing my c/o address, where all things must be sent to be signed for, even dumping that 14 June 07 illegal letter for £1060 arrears on my garden floor to make sure neighbors may see him but make sure it may blow away for them to go to sneak into court -(Via Codefendants Mirza Ahmad and Davis Talbot) team into use court or sleaze friends in Birmingham County (I would want Jury always anyway for my safety and justice)- and maybe not give me the summonses and bin it and then go secretly without me knowing into the court counter to get court receptionist rubber stamped default judgement against me for not owed rent or tax for them to maliciously by conflicts of interest and stealing wages and public resources, time, wages and staff to cover-up their own crimes by them plotting to eventually bogus court case, get illegal rubber stamp default judgement to maliciously raid my house to steal documents and evidence against themselves, council liability, against all heads of the council house and heads of and staff of said Council Benefits, Housing, Litigation, Revenues and others departments and staff that’s been hiding and orchestrating the said Chris Gibbs' and others plotting to get into my home since 18 December 2006 to now June 23 to steal documents and evidence against themselves and others to cover-up these crimes on me that got worse the more they covered up to now; so Sparkbrook councilors must get them arrested and removed and clear my rent and tax bill from all arrears before they use court to do what I say they been up to now; Also you must tip of the Birmingham County Court and any others courts they may hear of these letters or read my 16 June 07 letters Vs Richard Davis, Chris Gibbs and Reena Chauhan and the others plots and so my go to other courts try to trick or sleaze with corrupt court staff to do the said plots to use court system to raid my home to steal things against themselves, and other people’s things at my home too: Conspiracy to theft and theft are crimes, so is all these plots various crimes too, using public money and wages to do own crimes and covering up others crimes is crimes, so to is messing with my records and business with the council, by deeds also against data laws gathering and usage laws too, for them to do these things are crimes since 18 December 06 too.

So you the Labour Party, Tory Party & Lib Dems that’s been siting silent all this time since December 06 at least, totally to now silent except for Lib Dem Deputy Leaders one letter dated 28 February 2007, have:- a) liabled your whoever parties you profess to be long to that must have 3^rd Party insurance as your only contractors for period in office, and so have b) liable yourselves as crimes done in your hold of and as the heads of the council for what you, and your Legal Services Department that’s been deliberately total quiet to now after Mirza Ahmad fell before 9 February, even have ignored me and have deliberately let the said Chris Gibbs & heads of Revenues & Housing & Litigation etc criminally victimise me, over and over again to now, during Chris Gibbs’ criminally plotted against my 26 years tenancy, then now using now co-defendant with him Richard Davies of council rent and tax recovery plot, and Reena Chauhan / Hema Chauhan and Chris Gibbs’ further, in their latest team work 12 June & 14 June Richard Davis plots in criminal conspiracy to use public wages, time, taxes and resources and other staff to defeat me exposing your Council staff and Chris Gibbs, Victoria Burgess, Hema Chauhan, all Directors of Council Revenues’ crimes said or not said in this and in other letters before and my last 21 May 2007 letters reported over and over again to all Council House parties’ M.Ps & Councillors of Birmingham & heads against them all named herein, and named and indicated in my 21 May 07 letter and others letters going back to before and 18 December 2006 letters from me, and still they Chris Gibbs and they said being criminally allowed to be doing these prejudice and conflicts of interest further plots -(On top of others since 18 December 06)- to now in their 12 & 14 June 07 Council Benefits & Housing letters; So that, excepting maybe new 3 May 07 Councillors, you the Heads of the Council are now in deep legal trouble, and in trouble with the Ombudsman now too, I hope he does not fall too, because I am reporting all this to the Ombudsman, via this letter too, also for your council’s heads and said staffs past to now and this latest 3^rd time criminal bypassed my c/o address to deliberately dump mail on my home 12 June 2007 for it to be blow away by wind, but lucky it was found my visitor before it blow away; So on top of what Ombudsman must do against you all heads and staff, all of you in the council is to take legal notice with those said herein that I will now sooner or later sue the council for and sue him Richard Davis with Chris Gibbs, Hema / Reena Chauhan, all Directors and mangers of Council Revenues, the whole council, all Labour & Tory Party & Lib Dem Party 2006-7 councillors & many be all, and whoever else told them said to reply to my 21 May 07 letters, and to anymore, and to reply any of my other letters -(And this letter if they dare on council paper or resources)- that was in fact directly or indirectly against theme selves, other named in past mails too, and whoever else in their ongoing plot against me and my tenancy, and so all are unclean forever so must be forever removed too, and all get copy of this via council house mail room, but non of them to contact me again except from own paper they got copy of this or that from me as legal notice Vs selves as my legal notice on their person, and clean Council litigation staff to say council got this legal notice on the council, but all MPs & Councillors to write me now and say these staff have been moved by clean council staff and Local Government Ombudsman for these criminal conspiracies against me and my tenancy since at least 18 December.

2) 28 December 06 illegal notice letter that came 4 January, would be backdated deliberately) 3) 29 December 06 Benefits Decision 100% nothing to pay letter that came 4 January 07 (While you should note using witness when put in 2 housing forms 2 & 25 January 07 and still no reply to them, so they hiding them to do more abuse and crimes on me to now June 07); 4) 30 Jan that came in Feb 07 obviously backdated to try tricks like to make it look as if pre December 06 unclean Chris Gibbs ever had permission from me to be clean to be still in office and be near any of my council records or business, for him to orchestrate cover-up after that 30 Jan 07 letter I countered after, so he still unclean to be doing anything to now or after this herein letter June 07, after Chris Gibbs already had my legal notice against him long before December 06 for other things to me, so he was in plot that started 18 December re rent arrears); 5) 15 Feb that came 22 Feb 07, still they playing long delay to me letters -(Deliberately While Housing trickster Hema Chauhan was plotting to do her 9 February 07 cover-up letter to me re dumped on my frond door for wind to blow away 30 December dated 25 & 29 January 07 council notice to quit in 28 days without reason letter to me)- illegally again with Chris Gibbs name on, with Victoria Burgess on, pretending I had not already sent in 2 & 25 January housing update forms that I sent updated that only change is no income at all now from 4 January 07 so I am hence begging food only, surely by 21 January since 4 January, because I was and then no longer getting Job Centre Money and saying why no income at all is because Labour Party crimes stopped me from reaching signing on point 4 January 07 while them on the Job Centre door illegally banning me and endangering my life not to enter again was already served court action notice for parts in Job Centre crimes etc. 6) 16 Feb 07 that came 22 February 07 again illegally from Chris Gibbs again to set me up and look to look as if Chris Gibbs is ever clean when he never be allowed near my records again nor to collude with Victoria already before December 06 also unclean Burgess to use her or any other staff to send mail not to be singed for and without their full accountable names and dared pretend I not already given them benefits form 2 & 25 Jan 07 -(That led me to write against always will be unclean Chris Gibbs’ 15 & 16 March 07 letters to me, and against Victoria Burgess too, and since writing against them and Hema Chauhan 20 February, 24 & 5 march February 2007 and spare copies sent too, I to now have only ever got Deputy Council Leader Paul Tilsley’s 28 Feb 07 response to that my 24 March 07 letter to now, non other response to now June 2007 so have no names nor other records asked for, for court use, While unclean Chris Gibbs, Victoria Burgess, Hema Chauhan, Mirza Ahmad, David Tucker, David Fairbotham, Elaine Elkington and others like Richard Davis have been and are still been cooking to carrying their repeated nor replying to some letters from me and still doing their fabricated rent and tax arrears attacks on me and my tenancy, up to now I write this to Ombudsman to stop them all their malice use of public money for their own reasons and cover-up of these and other crimes for themselves and others in the council); 7) 23 March 07 dated Benefits Decision letter, that 31 March 2007 trespassing by not to be signed for again, with Chris Gibbs name on, saying I have 100% nothing to pay, obviously backdated to 23 March 07 by Chris Gibbs to counter my already other and to them last 24 March 2007 letters against him Chris Gibbs and Victoria Burgess, and then there was total silence from all the council until, until one dated 18 May 07 came, another not to be signed for letter dated; 8) 10 May 07 Council Tax Bill Reminder letter -(Deliberately sent not be signed for again to fabricate whatever else in council files), saying I owned £122 tax, via Assistant Director of Revenues hiding his spell-able must be accountable to the public names, after he or she must have colluded with and been told to do it by to me Chris Gibbs malice and cover-up crimes reason, as now that Assistant and his head Revenues Head officers must be in the plot with Chris Gibbs & Victoria Burgess and I it with their heads in the council whom I also I wrote my 21 May 07 letters to against Chris Gibbs & Victoria Burgess and the others (while been totally silent since the 28 Feb 07 letter from Deputy Leader of Council that he passed my February letters against Chris Gibbs etc to Litigation that’s still totally quite to now), and then out of the blue before I could reply tot he 10 May 07 criminal behaving Assistant Revenues Directors Letter and other letters was delivered at Muntz House for me, again deliberately not be signed for, but there came; 9) an 18 May 4 paged "Council Tax and Rent" Bill type Benefits Decision Notice letter which came 21 May 07 again illegally with unclean Chris Gibbs name on both rent & tax bills demanding full recover repayment of all Council tax & rent benefits they paid to me, that all makes no sense either. So that 18 May 07 Chris Gibbs Head of letter using staff by criminal conflicts of interest and self malice to put me and my 25 year home into arrears and criminal offence tax debt to give criminal tax record, then lead me to write joining my other past to council heads letters, even my 21 May 2007 further complaints to all the council heads, including all 3 May 07 new Councillors, against Chris Gibbs and others for those new crimes and new ongoing further plots by Chris Gibbs, Director & assistant Director of Revenues, Hema Chauhan / Reena Chauhan, Elaine Elkington, David Fairbotham, Richard Davis to deliberately fabricate and put me in rent and council tax arrears to use council tax and resources to get me out of my 25 year home by their criminal malice, and that is after therein in my 21 May 2007 letter made that letter my further legal notices against Chris Gibbs and others in my 21 May and in other prior 21 May 2007 letters, as legal notice via various copies, to his City Council highest heads, new councillors after 3 may too, which I did not give complaints to him or any below him Chris Gibbs, but only legal notice to him and them in past crimes on me so they stop messing with my business with council and not be judge in own crimes, so on suspension from work in the council is automatic law against them, but they via heads was to all to get copy to retract from all the crimes on me to and the heads of the council was to retract all the crimes on me by Chris Gibbs' & his partner in crimes Director of and Assistant Revenues Directors latest orchestrated 15 & 16 February letters to now plots, but after that 21 May 2007 letter from me against them suddenly out of the blue again came unclean Chris Gibbs who has now illegally got already unclean Housing Staff Reena Chauhan/ Hema Chauhan that’s in Feb summonses to illegally write to me to say to trick the council file to seem as if I say Chris Gibbs is clean again -(When he nor any I wrote against will never will be clean)- in anything regarding me, so that Chauhan is illegally writing me saying she read what was against Chris Gibbs, and Benefits head Chris Gibbs that must have read it, so both being unclean, Chauhan then says Chris Gibbs told Chauhan of Housing to write to me 12 June 07 to send my letter to Benefits when Chris Gibbs is head of Benefits, not housing, and se be dirty and illegally plotting with and telling Housing Department staff what to do with letters to Council House Heads against herself Chris Gibbs the head in Benefits, as my the 21 May 07 letter is against Chris Gibbs etc, when Chris Gibbs and Chauhan must have colluded in those two departments so read that Chris Gibbs was unclean Chauhan of Housing wrote me that Chris of Benefits had told her or him Reena Chauhan/ Hema Chauhan unclean already, in court Feb 07 summonses, to write to me the said 12 June 2007 to let me know she/he, criminal accessory, Reena Chauhan getting instructions for the crook Chris Gibbs to sending my letter against Chris Gibbs crimes, all involved benefits heads & staff & Revenues, I wrote against in my 21 May 07 letter Chris Gibbs self only to head of benefits Chris Gibbs department for him Chris Gibbs to have also now again obviously conspired illegally with already unclean Elaine Elkington’ Housing staff by the name of Debt enforcement officer Richard Davis who has joined their criminal conspiracy to write me his 14 June 07 letter that he to deliberately bypassed my care of address to dump on ground of my front door step to blow away, so that he, Chris Gibbs & Director or and Assistant Director Of Revenues, and Housing Head Elaine Elkington and Richard Davis is in new but also ongoing plot to maliciously still use public taxes, work time and wages, to obviously next steal tax money to use in bogus malicious county court case Vs me they will fabricate more in to get away with their letters' plot to illegally use bailiff, via accessory Richard Davis 14 June plots, to get me out of my 25 years’ council home, breaking criminal conspiracy, fraud and theft of public money and resource and wages and illegal use of council staff and authority in their ongoing plot to steal from my home and so break the theft act of which whatever Bailiff dare do or take anything out of my home is theft my conspiracy to teal what in my home during their plot to get me out of my home by criminal malice and use of public money to do so, so that any bailiff is arrest-able with such bogus council work given them, when Chris Gibbs, all his bosses in the council up all the ranks pre-they know I do not have any money nor income at all since 4 January 07, said in benefits form's and in letters, and must by law get 100% tax and rent rebate, so he and his bosses and whoever behind him and he Chris Gibbs themselves are in these crime son me criminally; all Via Chris Gibbs orchestrating this level, while his highest bosses in the council house and Litigation Department again after my 21 May Letter against Chris Gibbs etc, are allowing him Chris Gibbs & Elaine Elkington and the said others in said 12 & 14 June 07 and past letters to continue and maliciously plotted with and sent or got deliberately mix up names Hema Chauhan / Reena Chauhan to deliberately cause confusion of Hema Chauhan names, or ID mix up, to slyly send me said illegal 12 June 07 letter with Reena Chauhan on illegally sent to me to let me know that Chris Gibbs asked Reena/ Hema Chauhan of Housing to write to me 12 June, obviously to slyly try to set me up to chat with them that’s already unclean in the plots to make things look as if Chris Gibbs or any below him is clean ever to get anyone to write me such a Reena Chauhan/ Hema Chauhan’s illegal 12 June letter sent only to work escape much, and also for the heads of council to never reply to my 28 March repeated sent nor to my 21 May 2007 letters to now and so that Hema Chauhan can get away with not ever replying to any of my mails after 9 February nor copies of the summonses Vs Hema Chauhan sent to Hema Chauhan, and so also sent me that 12 June 06 letter abusing me to open things up for all the heads of council to get away with fact that non has ever caused anybody to ever reply to my 20 Feb 07 letter Vs Hema Chauhan nor to copies of summonses Vs Hema Chauhan and the copies of 15 Feb 07 summonses Vs the council to now, nor has the heads of council nor anyone ever caused any litigation staff to ever give reply to now give me any of the things I ever wrote the council for since December 2007 for court use so obstructing curse of justice basic info needed for summonses, so that Council head Barrister Mirza Ahmad, David Talbot, can get away too as non reply to my 31 January 2007 letter to council and him has ever been done to me; and so it had to be Chris Gibbs and Reena or Hema Chauhan that must have conspired with Chris Gibbs in her 12 June 07 dated letter’s tone, mentioning dirty Chris Gibbs in it, to plot to and criminally set up malicious Elaine Elkington’s Housing Departments Debt Enforcement Department’s Richard Davis to criminally bypass my c/o address to dump his 14 June 2007 1 paged letter on ground of my front door for wind to blow away for me not to surely get for him David Davies to go away and plot more in secret for Chris Gibbs and their illegal so far plots and tricks to ambush of court action or bailiff after all council letters from me, and on computers shows, that all mail to me is only to 11 Muntz House, only to be signed for, and there has been no other than herein said letter from housing benefits to me to those said above to my c/o address during 2007.

So Ombudsman you yourself must cause urgent removal of them all, plus Richard Davis and any that take over his plots, and all them I ever wrote to in all my ever letters to the council, even if Ombudsman system is planted by Blair and his Party to cover-up or water down hurts by council on civilians, or by council staff, and even if Mirza Ahmad Council Dept is linked to Ombudsman or political system too. Remove all of them, from me & my tenancy, all said in this and my 21 May 07 letters and in all letters ever to or from Council benefits, Housing and all other council any departments too. The 2006 to now Leader of the Council, all Chief Executive, Housing & Benefits heads Department’s and management of Birmingham is also all behind the herein plots too. So Ombudsman you have to clean them out, remove all council records before they doctor them now or plant things in or hide this from me from the records you must check with me: So no space for Ombudsman’s armchair only investigation is to be done; and I will have my witness when you Ombudsman to see me, all must be recorded and I get full copy, and will never drop the complaint I now set to test you Ombudsman if you serve me and the public or Tony Blair, Gordon Brown & their Labour Party that’s in person behind all this in the council too.

Attached below is another copy of my last letter dated 21 May 2007 that was to all clean post local elections 2007 clean councillors and M.Ps, to among other things urgently remove Chris Gibbs, Hema Chauhan and all that’s been hurting me in Housing and Council Benefits and legal services departments, and customer care; so that Chris Gibbs had no power to dare tell Reena Chauhan or Hema Chauhan to dare write to her 12 June 2007 letter she said Chris Gibbs told her to write me that was full of criminal tricks to play to get permission form me to deal with me and so look then-after and hence as if she or Chris Gibbs was/ is clean to finish off their already plots against my tenancy by then also now both criminally pulling other strings to set sick minded (Always now unclean, so suspend) also crooked co-defendant Richard Davis from malice filled Elkington’s Housing Debt Enforce Team to do illegal malice debt recovery distress and illegal plots on me, to now trespass with malice in bypassing my care of address and dumped more illegal arrears notice for wind to blow way for him Richard Davis to make sure more unknown to me plots for Chris Gibbs to put me illegally into deeper rent & tax arrears, that I could never owe, so that they can move on to next plot to use bailiff on me and my home because summonses are sent to court Vs them, and others to go when crooks are moved else where too, and that means more Vs Chris Gibbs, Hema Chauhan and all named in all my ever letters so far since 18 December 2006. Ombudsman what are you going to do against them because they are all trying to get me tax criminal records during these plots against my tenancy: That's serious crimes on me using community tax money.

For my safety and accountability, as in all my ever letters to council: Don’t forget all ever mails to me form any body, including Ombudsman now, must always be sent to be signed for myself via c/o 11 Muntz House, as no mail can safely reach me at 45 Timbers Way, Sparkbrook, my home. It will be criminal trespass to breach 11 Muntz House conditions as said herein too; Same crime for my home address too re intent to do or cover-up own or other council staffs crimes: Richard Davis is in criminal trouble now. This another legal notice, on top of those said in the summonses sent court already, is for the 4^th clear provable criminal malicious plot against my tenancy by the council, all parties, Housing and benefits and Labour Party too, since 1 in 20 December; one plot 20 to 29 December retracted you lost; 1 plot to and on 30 January retracted you lost; 1 plot in March retracted 23 March you lost, and now another plot now in two letters in May 2007, even plots by your Council staff Chris Gibbs, all Directors of Housing, and Council heads criminal harassment and malice by yourselves via and your Housing and benefits heads and staff and secret cross department plots and by others in the main Political Parties in the Council House that are still ignoring my letters, like Housing & Benefits & Legal Department’s staff still ignored to reply to copies of my many December, January, February, March and May 2007 letters to yet at in full and ignoring to give me all names, data and records I need for court too, and the council head and staff have still not replied nor fully to various copies of the February 207 summonses, sent to court already, but and non replied to copies of the summonses sent to the council Legal Services against the Council, against political parties’ mafia crimes on me, and against each of the council Housing and Benefits & Legal services head staff as co-defendants -(With your head lawyer and heads of Housing and benefits being sued in their person)- for their own crimes on me while being sued with the council body as co-defendant, so that non be clean to have done what they have now done to me, in only 2 letters to me, after 23 March 2007 -(Nor after mine dated 28 March 2007 they kept quiet about), which was in one contained 3 paged 4 sided council tax letter dated 10 May 2007 deliberately lying I am again in council tax arrears of £594.22 -(As if I am working or signing on when I am not: Nor have you replied to mail from me such as 28 March 2007)- that was received 18 May 2007 even lying I am in poll tax arrears; and another sly letter dated 18 May 2007 received 21 May 2007 containing 4 pages with 4 back notes on each also lying by co-defendant Chris Gibbs himself fabricating that I am in 377.52 rent arrears, for the 4^th time since 20 December 2006.

These latest 2 letters, exposing the 4^th plot against my tenancy by defendants I am suing in their person and their boss the council, is after your benefits staff deliberately been ignoring my other pre 23 March 2007 letters and others after that with such serious contents and conflicts of interests framing me to look as if I am still not working and still not getting any money from anywhere -(Still begging food only since 4 January 2007) and not state benefits. So you the Labour Party, Tory Party & Lib Dems that’s been siting silent all this time since December 06 at least, totally to now silent except for Lib Dem Deputy Leaders one letter dated 28 February 2007, have:- a) liabled your whoever parties you profess to be long to that must have 3^rd Party insurance as your only contractors for period in office, and so have b) liable yourselves as crimes done in your hold of and as the heads of the council for what you, and your Legal Services Department that’s been deliberately total quiet to now after Mirza Ahmad fell before 9 February, even have ignored me and have deliberately let the said Chris Gibbs & heads of Revenues & Housing & Litigation etc criminally victimise me, over and over again to now, during Chris Gibbs’ criminally plotted against my 26 years tenancy, then now using now co-defendant with him Richard Davies of council rent and tax recovery plot, and Reena Chauhan / Hema Chauhan and Chris Gibbs’ further, in their latest team work 12 June & 14 June Richard Davis plots in criminal conspiracy to use public wages, time, taxes and resources and other staff to defeat me exposing your Council staff and Chris Gibbs, Victoria Burgess, Hema Chauhan, all Directors of Council Revenues’ crimes said or not said in this and in other letters before and my last 21 May 2007 letters reported over and over again to all Council House parties’ M.Ps & Councillors of Birmingham & heads against them all named herein, and named and indicated in my 21 May 07 letter and others letters going back to before and 18 December 2006 letters from me, and still they Chris Gibbs and they said being criminally allowed to be doing these prejudice and conflicts of interest further plots -(On top of others since 18 December 06)- to now in their 12 & 14 June 07 Council Benefits & Housing letters; So that, excepting maybe new 3 May 07 Councillors, you the Heads of the Council are now in deep legal trouble, and in trouble with the Ombudsman now too, I hope he does not fall too, because I am reporting all this to the Ombudsman, via this letter too, also for your council’s heads and said staffs past to now and this latest 3^rd time criminal bypassed my c/o address to deliberately dump mail on my home 12 June 2007 for it to be blow away by wind, but lucky it was found my visitor before it blow away; So on top of what Ombudsman must do against you all heads and staff, all of you in the council is to take legal notice with those said herein that I will now sooner or later sue the council for and sue him Richard Davis with Chris Gibbs, Hema / Reena Chauhan, all Directors and mangers of Council Revenues, the whole council, all Labour & Tory Party & Lib Dem Party 2006-7 councillors & many be all, and whoever else told them said to reply to my 21 May 07 letters, and to anymore, and to reply any of my other letters -(And this letter if they dare on council paper or resources)- that was in fact directly or indirectly against theme selves, other named in past mails too, and whoever else in their ongoing plot against me and my tenancy, and so all are unclean forever so must be forever removed too, and all get copy of this via council house mail room, but non of them to contact me again except from own paper they got copy of this or that from me as legal notice Vs selves as my legal notice on their person, and clean Council litigation staff to say council got this legal notice on the council, but all MPs & Councillors to write me now and say these staff have been moved by clean council staff and Local Government Ombudsman for these criminal conspiracies against me and my tenancy since at least 18 December.

His names on (These are not all letters, so these Excluding other Council Departments letters, where they playing same dodging or nor replying or silent to plant things later tricks etc. you will have to remove from council and check what I have or not from them or me to them)- namely in only Council Benefits’ Dept’s letters (Some backdated for cover-up tricks) to me dated: 1) 28 December that came 4 Jan 06 that came 30 December 06 to Muntz House with Victoria Burgess, Sharon Lea, Chris Gibbs on (While co-defendant now Mrs Bradley wrote me sly other one dated 28 December 2006); 2) 28 December 06 illegal notice letter that came 4 January, would be backdated deliberately) 3) 29 December 06 Benefits Decision 100% nothing to pay letter that came 4 January 07 (While you should note using witness when put in 2 housing forms 2 & 25 January 07 and still no reply to them, so they hiding them to do more abuse and crimes on me to now June 07); 4) 30 Jan that came in Feb 07 obviously backdated to try tricks like to make it look as if pre December 06 unclean Chris Gibbs ever had permission from me to be clean to be still in office and be near any of my council records or business, for him to orchestrate cover-up after that 30 Jan 07 letter I countered after, so he still unclean to be doing anything to now or after this herein letter June 07, after Chris Gibbs already had my legal notice against him long before December 06 for other things to me, so he was in plot that started 18 December re rent arrears); 5) 15 Feb that came 22 Feb 07, still they playing long delay to me letters -(Deliberately While Housing trickster Hema Chauhan was plotting to do her 9 February 07 cover-up letter to me re dumped on my frond door for wind to blow away 30 December dated 25 & 29 January 07 council notice to quit in 28 days without reason letter to me)- illegally again with Chris Gibbs name on, with Victoria Burgess on, pretending I had not already sent in 2 & 25 January housing update forms that I sent updated that only change is no income at all now from 4 January 07 so I am hence begging food only, surely by 21 January since 4 January, because I was and then no longer getting Job Centre Money and saying why no income at all is because Labour Party crimes stopped me from reaching signing on point 4 January 07 while them on the Job Centre door illegally banning me and endangering my life not to enter again was already served court action notice for parts in Job Centre crimes etc. 6) 16 Feb 07 that came 22 February 07 again illegally from Chris Gibbs again to set me up and look to look as if Chris Gibbs is ever clean when he never be allowed near my records again nor to collude with Victoria already before December 06 also unclean Burgess to use her or any other staff to send mail not to be singed for and without their full accountable names and dared pretend I not already given them benefits form 2 & 25 Jan 07 -(That led me to write against always will be unclean Chris Gibbs’ 15 & 16 March 07 letters to me, and against Victoria Burgess too, and since writing against them and Hema Chauhan 20 February, 24 & 5 march February 2007 and spare copies sent too, I to now have only ever got Deputy Council Leader Paul Tilsley’s 28 Feb 07 response to that my 24 March 07 letter to now, non other response to now June 2007 so have no names nor other records asked for, for court use, While unclean Chris Gibbs, Victoria Burgess, Hema Chauhan, Mirza Ahmad, David Tucker, David Fairbotham, Elaine Elkington and others like Richard Davis have been and are still been cooking to carrying their repeated nor replying to some letters from me and still doing their fabricated rent and tax arrears attacks on me and my tenancy, up to now I write this to Ombudsman to stop them all their malice use of public money for their own reasons and cover-up of these and other crimes for themselves and others in the council); 7) 23 March 07 dated Benefits Decision letter, that 31 March 2007 trespassing by not to be signed for again, with Chris Gibbs name on, saying I have 100% nothing to pay, obviously backdated to 23 March 07 by Chris Gibbs to counter my already other and to them last 24 March 2007 letters against him Chris Gibbs and Victoria Burgess, and then there was total silence from all the council until, until one dated 18 May 07 came, another not to be signed for letter dated; 8) 10 May 07 Council Tax Bill Reminder letter -(Deliberately sent not be signed for again to fabricate whatever else in council files), saying I owned £122 tax, via Assistant Director of Revenues hiding his spell-able must be accountable to the public names, after he or she must have colluded with and been told to do it by to me Chris Gibbs malice and cover-up crimes reason, as now that Assistant and his head Revenues Head officers must be in the plot with Chris Gibbs & Victoria Burgess and I it with their heads in the council whom I also I wrote my 21 May 07 letters to against Chris Gibbs & Victoria Burgess and the others (while been totally silent since the 28 Feb 07 letter from Deputy Leader of Council that he passed my February letters against Chris Gibbs etc to Litigation that’s still totally quite to now), and then out of the blue before I could reply tot he 10 May 07 criminal behaving Assistant Revenues Directors Letter and other letters was delivered at Muntz House for me, again deliberately not be signed for, but there came; 9) an 18 May 4 paged "Council Tax and Rent" Bill type Benefits Decision Notice letter which came 21 May 07 again illegally with unclean Chris Gibbs name on both rent & tax bills demanding full recover repayment of all Council tax & rent benefits they paid to me, that all makes no sense either. So that 18 May 07 Chris Gibbs Head of letter using staff by criminal conflicts of interest and self malice to put me and my 25 year home into arrears and criminal offence tax debt to give criminal tax record, then lead me to write joining my other past to council heads letters, even my 21 May 2007 further complaints to all the council heads, including all 3 May 07 new Councillors, against Chris Gibbs and others for those new crimes and new ongoing further plots by Chris Gibbs, Director & assistant Director of Revenues, Hema Chauhan / Reena Chauhan, Elaine Elkington, David Fairbotham, Richard Davis to deliberately fabricate and put me in rent and council tax arrears to use council tax and resources to get me out of my 25 year home by their criminal malice, and that is after therein in my 21 May 2007 letter made that letter my further legal notices against Chris Gibbs and others in my 21 May and in other prior 21 May 2007 letters, as legal notice via various copies, to his City Council highest heads, new councillors after 3 may too, which I did not give complaints to him or any below him Chris Gibbs, but only legal notice to him and them in past crimes on me so they stop messing with my business with council and not be judge in own crimes, so on suspension from work in the council is automatic law against them, but they via heads was to all to get copy to retract from all the crimes on me to and the heads of the council was to retract all the crimes on me by Chris Gibbs' & his partner in crimes Director of and Assistant Revenues Directors latest orchestrated 15 & 16 February letters to now plots, but after that 21 May 2007 letter from me against them suddenly out of the blue again came unclean Chris Gibbs who has now illegally got already unclean Housing Staff Reena Chauhan/ Hema Chauhan that’s in Feb summonses to illegally write to me to say to trick the council file to seem as if I say Chris Gibbs is clean again -(When he nor any I wrote against will never will be clean)- in anything regarding me, so that Chauhan is illegally writing me saying she read what was against Chris Gibbs, and Benefits head Chris Gibbs that must have read it, so both being unclean, Chauhan then says Chris Gibbs told Chauhan of Housing to write to me 12 June 07 to send my letter to Benefits when Chris Gibbs is head of Benefits, not housing, and se be dirty and illegally plotting with and telling Housing Department staff what to do with letters to Council House Heads against herself Chris Gibbs the head in Benefits, as my the 21 May 07 letter is against Chris Gibbs etc, when Chris Gibbs and Chauhan must have colluded in those two departments so read that Chris Gibbs was unclean Chauhan of Housing wrote me that Chris of Benefits had told her or him Reena Chauhan/ Hema Chauhan unclean already, in court Feb 07 summonses, to write to me the said 12 June 2007 to let me know she/he, criminal accessory, Reena Chauhan getting instructions for the crook Chris Gibbs to sending my letter against Chris Gibbs crimes, all involved benefits heads & staff & Revenues, I wrote against in my 21 May 07 letter Chris Gibbs self only to head of benefits Chris Gibbs department for him Chris Gibbs to have also now again obviously conspired illegally with already unclean Elaine Elkington’ Housing staff by the name of Debt enforcement officer Richard Davis who has joined their criminal conspiracy to write me his 14 June 07 letter that he to deliberately bypassed my care of address to dump on ground of my front door step to blow away, so that he, Chris Gibbs & Director or and Assistant Director Of Revenues, and Housing Head Elaine Elkington and Richard Davis is in new but also ongoing plot to maliciously still use public taxes, work time and wages, to obviously next steal tax money to use in bogus malicious county court case Vs me they will fabricate more in to get away with their letters' plot to illegally use bailiff, via accessory Richard Davis 14 June plots, to get me out of my 25 years’ council home, breaking criminal conspiracy, fraud and theft of public money and resource and wages and illegal use of council staff and authority in their ongoing plot to steal from my home and so break the theft act of which whatever Bailiff dare do or take anything out of my home is theft my conspiracy to teal what in my home during their plot to get me out of my home by criminal malice and use of public money to do so, so that any bailiff is arrest-able with such bogus council work given them, when Chris Gibbs, all his bosses in the council up all the ranks pre-they know I do not have any money nor income at all since 4 January 07, said in benefits form's and in letters, and must by law get 100% tax and rent rebate, so he and his bosses and whoever behind him and he Chris Gibbs themselves are in these crime son me criminally; all Via Chris Gibbs orchestrating this level, while his highest bosses in the council house and Litigation Department again after my 21 May Letter against Chris Gibbs etc, are allowing him Chris Gibbs & Elaine Elkington and the said others in said 12 & 14 June 07 and past letters to continue and maliciously plotted with and sent or got deliberately mix up names Hema Chauhan / Reena Chauhan to deliberately cause confusion of Hema Chauhan names, or ID mix up, to slyly send me said illegal 12 June 07 letter with Reena Chauhan on illegally sent to me to let me know that Chris Gibbs asked Reena/ Hema Chauhan of Housing to write to me 12 June, obviously to slyly try to set me up to chat with them that’s already unclean in the plots to make things look as if Chris Gibbs or any below him is clean ever to get anyone to write me such a Reena Chauhan/ Hema Chauhan’s illegal 12 June letter sent only to work escape much, and also for the heads of council to never reply to my 28 March repeated sent nor to my 21 May 2007 letters to now and so that Hema Chauhan can get away with not ever replying to any of my mails after 9 February nor copies of the summonses Vs Hema Chauhan sent to Hema Chauhan, and so also sent me that 12 June 06 letter abusing me to open things up for all the heads of council to get away with fact that non has ever caused anybody to ever reply to my 20 Feb 07 letter Vs Hema Chauhan nor to copies of summonses Vs Hema Chauhan and the copies of 15 Feb 07 summonses Vs the council to now, nor has the heads of council nor anyone ever caused any litigation staff to ever give reply to now give me any of the things I ever wrote the council for since December 2007 for court use so obstructing curse of justice basic info needed for summonses, so that Council head Barrister Mirza Ahmad, David Talbot, can get away too as non reply to my 31 January 2007 letter to council and him has ever been done to me; and so it had to be Chris Gibbs and Reena or Hema Chauhan that must have conspired with Chris Gibbs in her 12 June 07 dated letter’s tone, mentioning dirty Chris Gibbs in it, to plot to and criminally set up malicious Elaine Elkington’s Housing Departments Debt Enforcement Department’s Richard Davis to criminally bypass my c/o address to dump his 14 June 2007 1 paged letter on ground of my front door for wind to blow away for me not to surely get for him David Davies to go away and plot more in secret for Chris Gibbs and their illegal so far plots and tricks to ambush of court action or bailiff after all council letters from me, and on computers shows, that all mail to me is only to 11 Muntz House, only to be signed for, and there has been no other than herein said letter from housing benefits to me to those said above to my c/o address during 2007.

So let the record show now that nobody of the council has ever replied to any of my other letters nor sent 25 Jan 07 change of circumstances housing benefits form apart from 9 Jan 07 Hema Chauhan’s letter, Chris Gibbs illegal sly 30 Jan 07 said one re will illegally reply further while unclean to do so which I did not consent to him to do anything to me then nor since; Victoria Burgess 15 Feb 07 trick one, working with Chris Gibbs plots’ to try to make him Gibbs clean and will never be clean re me; and the one from deputy Leader of council 28 February 2007 one -[The 28 Feb 07 Deputy Leader of Councils letter saying he passing letter over to dirty Litigation Office that’s bee totally silent, and there has been non ever replied to my 20 March 07 letter against Hema Chauhan tricks and plots, nor any reply to my 28 March 2007 letter against Chris Gibbs, Victor Burgess or consequently against all Directors and Manager of Council Revenues Dept that’s secretly -(Exposed self in 10 May received 18 May 07 letter sent to open me up for more crimes by Chris Gibbs in his 18 May one to me, while he was to be on suspension and away from my records with other staff that in this 12 & 14 June latest plot’s ongoing again. What about the council accountants that’s feeding our public money in wage, time and resources for staff to do and cover-up these crimes to me since December 2006, that must be in it, embezzling public money for staff private use and crimes)]- one who is also secretly behind it all, with pre-filled malice Chris Gibbs & Elaine Elkington & David Fairbotham and his now Richard Davis; and the illegal one that has no force from Hema Chauhan / Reena Chauhan that was unclean already and still illegally wrote to me that unclean already Chris Gibbs told her or him Chauhan to write to me 12 June 06 when he was illegal to do so , so that letters has no force, as it was also behind the plot by Richard Davis. No other relies to nay other letters tome in 2007 has been from anyone in the council. That is sue as no more than those illegal responses, and that is so after I also have checked with Mr Welsh, and he read this and put his name to this letter as witness, and so it is verify that’s all ever council replied to me by any normal worded letters, and council bills, that’s ever came to me or found by him dumped on my door step to blow away each time. So there has been a lot of silence by heads of the council for Chris Gibbs to have been doing al these things to me, now plotted with Richard Davis and others to do these new tricks of lying I am in "as of 11 June 07" my "rent is in £1060 arrears, which is impossible as I am not working, no saving, no income from employment nor state benefits, no income wage slip and no bank account to have savings, and so all I can do is only beg food since 4 Jan 2007, so is malice by the whole ……..

So Ombudsman you yourself must cause urgent removal of them all, plus Richard Davis and any that take over his plots, and all them I ever wrote to in all my ever letters to the council, even if Ombudsman system is planted by Blair and his Party to cover-up or water down hurts by council on civilians, or by council staff, and even if Mirza Ahmad Council Dept is linked to Ombudsman or political system too. Remove all of them, from me & my tenancy, all said in this and my 21 May 07 letters and in all letters ever to or from Council benefits, Housing and all other council any departments too. The 2006 to now Leader of the Council, all Chief Executive, Housing & Benefits heads Department’s and management of Birmingham is also all behind the herein plots too. So Ombudsman you have to clean them out, remove all council records before they doctor them now or plant things in or hide this from me from the records you must check with me: So no space for Ombudsman’s armchair only investigation is to be done; and I will have my witness when you Ombudsman to see me, all must be recorded and I get full copy, and will never drop the complaint I now set to test you Ombudsman if you serve me and the public or Tony Blair, Gordon Brown & their Labour Party that’s in person behind all this in the council too.

Attached below is another copy of my last letter dated 21 May 2007 that was to all clean post local elections 2007 clean councillors and M.Ps, to among other things urgently remove Chris Gibbs, Hema Chauhan and all that’s been hurting me in Housing and Council Benefits and legal services departments, and customer care; so that Chris Gibbs had no power to dare tell Reena Chauhan or Hema Chauhan to dare write to her 12 June 2007 letter she said Chris Gibbs told her to write me that was full of criminal tricks to play to get permission form me to deal with me and so look then-after and hence as if she or Chris Gibbs was/ is clean to finish off their already plots against my tenancy by then also now both criminally pulling other strings to set sick minded (Always now unclean, so suspend) also crooked co-defendant Richard Davis from malice filled Elkington’s Housing Debt Enforce Team to do illegal malice debt recovery distress and illegal plots on me, to now trespass with malice in bypassing my care of address and dumped more illegal arrears notice for wind to blow way for him Richard Davis to make sure more unknown to me plots for Chris Gibbs to put me illegally into deeper rent & tax arrears, that I could never owe, so that they can move on to next plot to use bailiff on me and my home because summonses are sent to court Vs them, and others to go when crooks are moved else where too, and that means more Vs Chris Gibbs, Hema Chauhan and all named in all my ever letters so far since 18 December 2006. Ombudsman what are you going to do against them because they are all trying to get me tax criminal records during these plots against my tenancy: That's serious crimes on me using community tax money.

For my safety and accountability, as in all my ever letters to council: Don’t forget all ever mails to me form any body, including Ombudsman now, must always be sent to be signed for myself via c/o 11 Muntz House, as no mail can safely reach me at 45 Timbers Way, Sparkbrook, my home. It will be criminal trespass to breach 11 Muntz House conditions as said herein too; Same crime for my home address too re intent to do or cover-up own or other council staffs crimes: Richard Davis is in criminal trouble now. Ombudsman must reply not dodge. I don’t’ talk to council crooks by mouth.

This another legal notice, on top of those said in the summonses sent court already, is for the 4^th clear provable criminal malicious plot against my tenancy by the council, all parties, Housing and benefits and Labour Party too, since 1 in 20 December; one plot 20 to 29 December retracted you lost; 1 plot to and on 30 January retracted you lost; 1 plot in March retracted 23 March you lost, and now another plot now in two letters in May 2007, even plots by your Council staff Chris Gibbs, all Directors of Housing, and Council heads criminal harassment and malice by yourselves via and your Housing and benefits heads and staff and secret cross department plots and by others in the main Political Parties in the Council House that are still ignoring my letters, like Housing & Benefits & Legal Department’s staff still ignored to reply to copies of my many December, January, February, March and May 2007 letters to yet at in full and ignoring to give me all names, data and records I need for court too, and the council head and staff have still not replied nor fully to various copies of the February 207 summonses, sent to court already, but and non replied to copies of the summonses sent to the council Legal Services against the Council, against political parties’ mafia crimes on me, and against each of the council Housing and Benefits & Legal services head staff as co-defendants -(With your head lawyer and heads of Housing and benefits being sued in their person)- for their own crimes on me while being sued with the council body as co-defendant, so that non be clean to have done what they have now done to me, in only 2 letters to me, after 23 March 2007 -(Nor after mine dated 28 March 2007 they kept quiet about), which was in one contained 3 paged 4 sided council tax letter dated 10 May 2007 deliberately lying I am again in council tax arrears of £594.22 -(As if I am working or signing on when I am not: Nor have you replied to mail from me such as 28 March 2007)- that was received 18 May 2007 even lying I am in poll tax arrears; and another sly letter dated 18 May 2007 received 21 May 2007 containing 4 pages with 4 back notes on each also lying by co-defendant Chris Gibbs himself fabricating that I am in 377.52 rent arrears, for the 4^th time since 20 December 2006.

These latest 2 letters, exposing the 4^th plot against my tenancy by defendants I am suing in their person and their boss the council, is after your benefits staff deliberately been ignoring my other pre 23 March 2007 letters and others after that with such serious contents and conflicts of interests framing me to look as if I am still not working and still not getting any money from anywhere -(Still begging food only since 4 January 2007) and not state benefits. But Chris Gibbs like a rat in the corner is fabricating things with his heads now all because of my February 2007 summonses served on him and his on other staff and others in their ongoing council plot that have especially colluded across departments, with their heads and obviously with leader of the council and M.PS & Councillors, while they the benefits heads and staff be co-defendants with conflicts of interest -(By law after legal notice and after trouble between public and staff are automatically not ever supposed to be near any of my public department records, in case they or other are controlled to steal or plant things in my records, so make sure you know all this is going on placards in the streets before plots to move against me by Blair’s mafia Court Judges Vs my tenancy, and they get copy if you take my name to court too)- conflicts of interest are also ignoring my dated 28 March 2007 letter and its consequences -(And be now deliberately ignored my other letters as usual) not answered nor at all or others in full since December, January, February, March, April, May, but now your Chris and his bosses have again illegally and maliciously, so criminally, abused public council office and tax payers resources in now plotting to and sent those said new out of the blue shock impossible arrears plots in their sly 10 & 18 May 2007 letters, again must be fabricating process to frame me into arrears again, and so again lying that I am in arrears of poll tax and rent, after I have not reported any change be to my circumstances after 4 & 24 January 2007, nor have I got a job yet, I don’t have bank account, nor am I getting any money from anywhere after Tony Blair’s Labour Party mafia pulled strings to and used co-defendants at the Job Centre to criminal abuse public offices and resources to illegally break UN Laws to bar me from entry to stop me signing on since 4 January 2007 using co-defendants at the Job Centre to bar me, and plotting with you my City Council land lord since December to criminally duress and distress me repeatedly since December, all because their crimes with Petemps, involving the council too, and so your staff got into repeated trouble with Labour Party mafia repeatedly framing my tenancy in arrears and eviction plots so been and stall are criminally abusing my no income at all housing and tax benefits automatic non payment rights so you all got into trouble repeatedly with Labour Party so Council and staff in person committing crimes in their person in public office on me joined the summonses in court Vs Labour Party -(As caught in state lots to cover-up Blair’s & Labour and Tory Party’s ongoing blackmail, human trafficking and slavery of millions into slavery at Pertemps like agencies, and since in trouble since August 2006 than been since December 2006 been using cross party Council department Maffias in Housing and benefits and Mirza Ahmad to already before 4 January been pulled stings in your council Housing & benefits against my tenancy, 4 repeated plot since 20 December 2006 to now, said)- Labour Party sent to court; And so again, as in my other letters not answered by any of you in the council, it to be noted that the Labour Party was already since December 2006 using cross council department in plots against me and my tenancy and got caught by 29 December 2006 -(And retracted their attack on me, then repeated it in January by notice to quit without reason or any rent arrears impossible to owe, over and over again to now), and then, overlapping events at the Council mafias against my tenancy, since 4 January 2007 the Labour Party bared me from entry and any safety into any Job centre, and blacklisted me form any responses from any State Lawyer to now, from the Job Centre and from Social Security to now, and now since 4 January 2007 been using the Council mafia and co-defendants to do these repeated attacks on my tenancy, when I have no money to pay any such thing, and you have it in writing from me over an over again that I am not working, nor getting any state benefits, not getting any pay, and yet now for the 4^th time your staff are lying I am in arrears again after 3 times lied I was since December 2006, And all that is after you the council lost those lies 29 December lies I was in arrears, and later lost the lies I was in arrears when you also fabricated my house was empty eviction plot dumped notice to quit on my home with no reason 30 January 2007 then alligator teeth pretending apology for that illegal eviction notice, and then a few days later still fabricated more lying I was then still in arrears, then after your 23 March 2007 letter to me saying no arrears you again now send me your 4^th plot lying that I am in arrears again, after your Housing & Benefits Staff already sent me Decision Letters dated 23 March 7 indicating I have nothing to pay because I am still not working, nor getting any state benefits since 4 January 2007 as already said in all my letters to Housing and benefits anyway, so no income I have non to pay.
