Anyway all these attacks on me are political crimes, behind them, and normal crimes by state staff involved, so UN must hear, so get them, and so everything and what everybody did or not, sooner or later, United Nations Act 1948 will need; UN laws Also says I can take up arms against tyranny & oppression, so read enclosed as my last lawful resort.

Dear CAB. I can not leave my home or it will be broken into. So I asked witnesses, I have for my safety so far, to drop you CAB this letter and ask you to send me CAB staff to my home to see me in person. The person that brings this letter will tell me what you will do and when you can come to see me, as I can not leave my home. (Please do not use nor refer me to any Birmingham Lawyer in these maters, as there is plot to make sure council staff get away with these crimes on me. Too many Birmingham lawyers are in bed with the council or owe them things or sleaze. Its best CAB only talk to council in writing, & avoiding named culprits)

The evidence arose during their plots against my tenancy as said since 18 December 06 when out of the blue they bypassed by c/o address and, to blow away, dumped a lie letter that I was in arrears of £116.84 when I was not working and had signed on 7 December 06 and was due to sign on again 4 January 2007. On 18 December 06 I wrote against them and their arrears lie, and why deliberately bypass my c/o address 11 Muntz House, and telling them and I still not working. While I waited for reply to the 18 December 07 letter they later sent another arrears increase bill to my c/o address saying that it had gone up from £116.84 to £368.52 in 6 days, when my rent is only about £68 a week, so from £116.84 to £368.52 on Xmas day 06 with threat of court action is out of order anyway. That sending the 28 December 06 more arrears on Xmas day 06 to the right c/o address was what let the cat out of the bag of their plots against my 25 years tenancy, of which plots which continued over and over again after the new Year 2007 started as you will see discoursed below. (But as you will see they later 3 times more bypassed the c/o address to dumped open letters on the my front garden to blow away, so they could go and get default court order to use council bailiff to break and entry into my home to steal gathering them evidence against them from December 06 and over and over since to now). They lost the December said arrears by 4 January 07, still not answering my letters but only using notice of Benefits Decision letter, with nothing asked for court now apology letter to now.

But before the 4 January 07 brought the said arrears cleared bill, following my other 28 December 07 letter against further Xmas day arrears, I had also put in Review Benefits Form 2 January 07. So they had chance to get both my 28 December 06 letter & the Form 2 January 07, and so did the said backdated arrears retracted the 29 December 06 nothing to pay bill that came 4 January 2007, and no apology to now letter to clear up the blot on my tenancy records that’s never been in arrears in 25 years, so I don’t know what they put or kept on record re their fault not mine, to affect me later. Then they left me thinking all is clear by council bill letter saying nothing to pay from 4 January 07. That was while all managers and staff at Job Centre -(Whom I caught in corruption was pulling string over at the Job Centre to stop me sending summonses to court against themselves and the Job Centre)- already plotting against me in the Job Centre since August 2006 because I caught them in crimes since 31 August 2006, so they too at the Job Centre was plotting against me by 21 January 07 at the Job Centre, so that I found I had to put in another Council Benefits update form dated 25 January 2007, with top letter, after I had to wait till 21 January 07 to know if the Job Centre Managers & staff whom I was suing that bared me entry 4 January 07 did really cut off my Job Centre Benefits after they in their unclean to be near me or my records did stand on the Job Centre door 4 January 07 and bared me entry on my signing on day and made sure I missed the signing on time for them to cut of my benefits to cripple my pending cases against them and the job Centre, so it has been to now malicious baring me and making it unsafe for me to enter again because I suing them. Thus they cut off my Job Centre money by criminal malice & messing with my records by malice and stopping my share of public services by their 4 January 07 illegal baring me from public service in baring me from the Job Centre 4 January 2007, so I told the Council in the 25 January letter & form that I was not getting any money at all from anywhere after 4 January 2007. So with no income at all I put in 25 January 07 Council Benefits Form, with top letter 25 January 2007, telling the council Benefits what happened at the Job Centre 4 January 07, and saying I am not even getting Job Centre Money anymore, and so no income at all, so there was no real change to my housing or council tax benefits in effect.

However. CAB Please note that after I sent in form dated 25 January 07, with top letter, there has been many other letters from me -(Besides the said dated 18 letters, 28 December letters 06 & 2 January 07 Form, 3 January 07 letters I had wrote the heads of Council against illegal December 06 to 4 January arrears plots that continued after 25 January 07 as below)- to now against council staff plots against my 25 years tenancy of which arrears was as said retracted in only a council bill dated 29 Dec 06 that came through 4 January 07.

What happened after 25 January 2007 top letter and benefits Form from me to Council Housing & Tax Benefits (Head Chris Gibbs and Head f Revenues and others already unclean by then, so how come they do what’s below) is better to be read in the below attached letter dated 23 June 2007 to: Councilors: Ishtiaq Mohammed – Respect, Salma Yaqoob – Respect, Councilor Talib Hussain – Independent. REF:  1)  Most if not all Labour, Tory & Lib Dems councilors are already secretly in the plots or in the cover-up of the plots against me and my tenancy since December 06, and so must be in already co-defendants (In my Feb 07 summonses sent court Vs) Chris Gibbs & David Fairbotham and his Richard Davis present 14 June planed plottings to sneak into court to abuse the court, to use court to get court staff into trouble by abuse of court default stage process to ambush raid my home to steal, after moves now they must be going to make sure I don’t know of nor get any actual summonses they plotting to issue, for arrears I do not owe, all so that they will issue summonses and hid it from me and then try to get default judgement against me to steal from my home, after they bin my copy, if they dare go to court Vs me next; So that you all my Sparkbrook councilors be in trouble with them as accessory too, but I say this respectfully as I do have confidence in you will do the right now, but I must show the down side only to you 3 councilors.  2) Many people and my neighbours been motoring these crimes and council mafia crimes on me since 18 December 06, so it can not be covered up.  All my letters have civilians' names on last pages by my name since December 06 just in case it got this worse stage now, so no cover-up is possible now.  3) You 3 Councilors as civilians’ defender councilors, with whoever you can get to help you in the council and media, must now get the media in and the appropriate anti corruption agencies in, such as the already contacted Labour-Tory planted not but must now become impartial Government Ombudsman, the Elections Officers by authority ramifications of present crimes by Tory & Labour & Lib Dem councillors’ parties crimes on me, of whom dirty councilors also pick & control local police, so non clean West Midlands police force be for you to use, so to save further cover-up or fabrication you 3 councilors must urgently use clean non West Midlands police force with cameras to secure evidence in urgently raiding and records everything in the Birmingham City Council House, Democratic & Litigation Services Depts, Housing, Benefits and Revenues, Debt Recovery Teams & Bailiffs Departments, and remove from the highest to the lowest away from all council records of me and their cross Department contacts records since at least October or December 2006 to now, even removed from public office on indefinite suspension for these crimes said herein and in my other letters to the council heads etc, and so secure evidence of each of their parts in these malicious harassment & other plot’s conspiracies and crimes on me (All heads of those departments and in the council is in it with their managers and all staff that’s ever touched my records) and my home via them involved maliciously taking public wages, time and resources and other staff while doing crime on me, and so now also it now seems you 3 must cause removal of all Labour, Tory & Lib Dem councilors for re elections now, because of these crimes and plots their party & councilors (Except Mr Abdi of 11 Timbers Way) been doing or allowing since before and after 18 December 06 to now via Chris Gibbs & Revenues & housing heads and staff ever been involved in the rent & tax & litigation and council house from and to me letters, especially the 10 & 18 May 07 letters and those from 18 December 06 to now; So they are now shaping against me further in June 07 to now, via bypassing my C/o address for the 4^th time since 18 December 06, using Richard Davis 14 June 07 to dump mail outside on ground to blow away saying court in 7 days for fabricated by Chris Gibbs £1060 Rent, after he Davis was setup by unlawful always will be unclean Head of Benefits Chris Gibbs’ self and others in his setting me up via his 10 & 18 May 07 council rent & tax bill letters -(I replied to 21 May 07 against Chris Gibbs plots, I owe non)- saying he Chris Gibbs & head of Revenues is taking back all 100% the tax and rent benefits I got since January 07 even to be lying I am in arrears, so that I replied against his and their council Mafia fabrications and plots against my tenancy corruption and new plot by my 21 May 07 letter to their heads in the Council House whom have never replied but they in Council House deliberately let unclean to be ever again near me and my records Chris Gibbs & Reena/ Hema Chauhan and Richard Davis plot to do what they did 121 & 14 June 07 to set me up to make council records lie that I owe £1060 rent arrears to next set me up via Richard Davis to sneak into court to abuse court default system my malice to get me out of my home when they can sneak bailiff in to raid me and steal evidence and things against themselves and steal my 25 years secured tenancy.  So after my 21 May 2007 letter, also saying I have no income, saving, wage slip nor bank account, and not working all last year and this so nothing to pay in tax or rent before and after 4 January 07 to now, even they in the council went silent to now in the council house and secretly plotted to set already co-defendant Hema / Reena Chauhan on me to lately illegally answer my 21 May 07 letter against Chris Gibbs’ in her Reena Chauhan’s 12 June 07 letter to my co address plotting to get my consent for her and Chris Gibbs as dirty staff of housing & benefits clean again and not allowing their heads of council house to remove her and Chris Gibbs for his repeated to now, since December 06, plots against me and my tenancy, whereby she Chauhan sent out her 12 June 07 illegal trick letters to coincide with the same delivery day 14 June 07 when Richard Davis bypassed my c/o address -(As 18 December 06, 31 January & now 14 June 07 to do crimes on me)- whom they Co-Defendants colluded to and sent to dumped his 7 days court action notice for £1060 that I did not owe as during last year to now I am still not working and since 4 January 07 I have no income at all from the state befits nor from elsewhere, and have no savings nor wage slip, so I been begging food only since then to now as I repeated in all my ever letters to everyone in the council -(And in summonses sitting in court since February 07 against Chris Gibbs and Chauhan that’s dirty to now)- since 24 January 07, so it is obvious that Chris Gibbs and Council heads and revenues did their 10 & 18 May 07 letters to counter their plots and crimes charges I have pending against themselves and their heads, and then after my 31 May 07 letters against them and their 10 & 18 May 07 letters plots they set up Reena / Hema Chauhan and Richard Davis to plot their 12 & 14 June plots to ambush me again 14 June 07 and so be all setting or shaping-up in those 12 & 14 June 07 plots by Reena/ Hema Chauhan & Richard Davis to ignore all my letters and forms saying nothing to pay because I still have no income so begging food as in my Form & letter 25 Jan, and repeated again in my other letters 31 Jan & 1 Feb, 20 Feb, 24 Feb & 5 March, 28 March & 5 March & 21 May 07 letters, and spares, witness sent to the heads of council against David Fairbotham, Hema Chauhan, Chris Gibbs, Victoria Burgess, Sharon Lea and others’ caught in the since December 06 plots and crimes on me and my tenancy, and while Council’s hiding replies to those my mails and others and spares sent since December 06, so that now they the heads of all council departments that have anything to do with my tenancy and business with the council are or must all be now in the latest stage of Chris Gibbs’ & Revenues heads 10 & 18 May 07 plots and in secret plots with Chris Gibbs & Reena / Hema Chauhan’s 12 June letters’ Richard Davis’ 14 June 07 plottings’ to use Richard Davis, now unclean, to next use already dirty Council Litigation staff to sneak into court, maybe use council sleazy court person to turn blind eye, to use court default to system to get one sided process, hide my copy of summons from me, then default it to use bailiff to break and enter to steal evidence against themselves and others.  That is one end of their latest 10 & 18 May 07 to now stage of since 18 December 06 to now plots and games with me and reasons for repeated plot to and fabricated repeated arrears and bogus evictions games; All to get into my home for stealing evidence and documents  Vs them and their council house heads, because they got have witnesses names on the documents by my name as witnesses, so is why they want to break in via bogus got court order to steal evince and documents from my home that’s against them and others in the plot against me and my tenancy from 18 December 06 to now they keep being caught; Even repeatedly plotting arrears and eviction notices without reason, so repeatedly caught from when they used unnamed person to bypass my since Feb 06 c/o address at 11 Muntz House to deliberately come to my home 45 Timbers Way and deliberately dumped a lying letter that I owed £116.84 rent, out of the blue, after I replied by various attack modes against their plots, they then in a days put it up on 25 December 06 to £368.52 as in a Mrs Bradley’s letter to me dated 28 December 06 that was sent to the right c/o address at 11 Muntz House, Ladywood, that time; while another letter dated 28 December 06 also came before end of 2006 saying have they sorted out my notified since Feb 06 c/o address, so no more dumping should have happened after December 2006, but it did as you will read -(But they did later dump again 31 Jan 07 and now again 14 June 07 when it fits their plot to bypass my c/o address to set me up for hit and run tactics of creeping up on me by bogus court process use to use bailiff to accessory their criminal break in and steal from my house by disguise of court process, can only be their tricks and bypassing my c/o address).   But all that said bogus arrears in December 06 letters to me was while I was signing on all last year 2006 at Job Centre before Xmas, and signing on due again after 18 December 06, when also those 2 December letters arrears was retracted -(Said bogus 18 & 25 December rent arrears)- in only a  Benefits decision letter bill that came 4 January 07 that they obviously plotted to and backdated as cover-up bill letter dated 29 December 06 saying I have nothing to pay;  Of which strangely was delivered at my C/o address 11 Muntz House the same 4 January 07 day that I was also illegally banned by Job Centre Staff that was on the door of Job Centre, Manager under charges too, telling me they don’t care its witness intimidating me and that they banned me from entry into Job Centre without reason, so I can not enter to now nor be ever safe to enter the Job Centre again for them to team work frame me to cover-up their crimes I exposed since August 2006. Why Keep bypassing c/o add.

CHRONOLGY: So at that original start stage of their plots, I thought that was the last of their plots when that 29 December 06 letter came 4 January 07 came at c/o address said noting to pay. But:  Because I had no income after 4 January 07 from the Job Centre, to now too, by 25

25 January 07 when I also had to put in a letter and 25 January 07 update Benefits Form to be update to my just then last Benefits Form dated 2 January 07 I sent in. And all that was while Mafiosi pulled string at the Job Centre, since before 7 December 06 I been having the illegal rent arrears fight, then out of the blue when I went to sign on time they under pending court action notice banned me from entering the Job Centre to stop me from signing on time, so they could slyly use fear of me passing them for them and their Manger & John Hutton’s M.P’s Party Mafias to cut off my Job Centre income befits money, all because I gave them in the Job Centre that I am suing them notices at Job Centre for their 31 August 06 to then crimes to me to cover-up others crimes I exposed to Job Centre heads etc, and so they bared from signing on so that I had to wait till 21 Jan 07 to see for sure that they not only banned me entering the Job Centre but that they also stopped all my social security contributions payments to me, so I had to wait till 21 Jan 07 to see if I do get more money from the Job Centre or and I did not get anymore, so I put in explaining letter and Council Benefits Form 25 January 2007 into Council Benefits saying I do not get any money form anywhere, no state benefits anymore, so I am worse off, so I do not have to pay any rent nor tax until I find Job or get back the Job Centre money, when I will tell the council of such change again, so by -(Equal opportunity and anti discrimination law working)- law I had from then and still to now June 07 have nothing to pay in rent nor tax after their December 06 letter cleared all illegal arrears -(Their Mafias planted on me)- and continues so in law  until when I report change of income at all or find a paid job, so till then when I write the council of changes I said in all my ever letters to the council to now, over and over again, I am only begging food because I can’t sign on again till all crook in Job Centre be moved out and I get all in writing is safe and that they admit they illegally witness intimidated me to and banned me to be never safe to go back in the Job Centre, unsafe for me till they all Mangers & staff and Labour Party heads be brought to court justice. (Ps My rent is only about £70 a week their bogus I do not owe any anyway is deliberately only get hurry into court to later say we mistake amount after they steal evidence etc. Push anyone to far: I see crooks bloodshed in or out of my home? Wouldn’t you),
But after that my said 25 January 07 letter and council Benefits Update Form from me 25 January 2007, all heads of Benefits Chris Gibbs & staff, Housing Director Elaine Elkington staff, and the others in Benefits & Revenues & Housing Directorship and all heads in the council house & Council Cabinet & Chief Executive I ever contacted about their December plots, all wanted it all covered-up, after the council was caught in the said December 06 illegal rent arrears fabrications and corruption and other plots against me and my tenancy -(Which was also part of Job Centre’s & John Hutton’s Mafias pulling strings to oppress me in December 06 too)-, and also that after I was banned from the Job Centre 4 January 2007 and had no money at all and no saving at all I had to wait till 21 January 2007 to put in the letter and form that no change except I have no income at all from anywhere, but they in the council House, Housing, Benefits, Customer Care, Revenues, Lawyers Office caught in crimes on me, whom Council House heads should have removed from me and records, all had to continue their plot and afflictions of me after my 3 & 25 January 2007 letter and Form from me, in their plots against me in their hope to cover-up that already December 2006 lie of rent arrears -(And also cover-up for another kept secret December eviction notice to quit)- and so they  post of 25 January 2007, tried to use David Fairbotham to get me out of my home by him bypassing my c/o address again on 31 January 2007 and left 3 paged letter, 1 dated 25 January 07 and other sided dated 30 January 2007 saying I have 28 days to vacate my home which I replied to 31 January 2007 & 1 February 2007, and them they fund they in the council house and Housing and Revenues and Benefits in criminal trouble they used a Hema Chauhan to write me a letter dated 9 February in an 12 February 07 envelope to counter my 31 January & 1 January 07 letters wherein she in that 9 February 2007 letter's did lies and said the reason for the notice to quit -(Bypassing my c/o address 31 January 07 again as in December 06 dumped on ground to blow away, as 31 January 07 notice to quit to blow away, as they would do later 14 June 07 to blow away to move to court Vs me in secret away from my c/o address) was lying it was notice to quit in 28 days because there was reports that my house was empty and also saying that the 31 January 07 notice to quit my home has been rescinded as of  9 February 07 and it was also saying that there had been another notice to quit dumped on ground of my home for wind to blow away in December 06 as it did not come via my c/o address they have since before and Feb 06.  So that lying 9 February 07 letter from Hema Chauhan caused me to put 2 summonses into High Court Vs Hema Chauhan, David Fairbotham, the council and others, and also wrote against her…

and her 9 February 07 letter’s lies -(After all my December 06 letters said Vs plots in December 06)- even lie notice to quit 31 January 07 was because my house was empty, all told to all the heads the Council House & Executive heads and Hema Chauhan dated 20 February 2007 which non ever replied too, as usual in these plights, their game cover-up later game is not reply to letters so keep silence to plant things in council records as later cover-up tricks.  However, their deliberate since December

06 plots, to get deliberately me into arrears was their only option after 9 February 07.  So they openly used Chris Gibb’s ambush of me letter suspending my benefits to me dated 15 & 16 February 07 to continue that plot to put me in deliberate arrears again (After 9 February 07 letter Vs Hema Chauhan and whoever put her up to it, in the council house too).

So their next plot was more plots to further put me in arrears, after 29 December 06 benefits bill said 100% nothing to pay on 4 January 07, so it was malice after that because they failed against my tenancy.

RECAP: Remember that: They had already decided after my 25 January 2007 form and letters -(That said, since 4 January 07 job Centre banned me, I have no income at all)- to kept working their across departments Mafias’ or free masonry plots to cover-up for what they did to me before 29 December 0r after 4 January 07. Then that further plot to cover-up was via more plots after my 25 Jan 07 sent letter and Benefit Form joined my 2 January benefits form, that was witness sent them to exposing again that they had already been caught fabricating 2 rent arrears on me 18 & 25 December 06 of which -(Out of the blue when I last signed on 7 December 2006 at Job Centre, so rent & community covered by 100% discount by law)- I suspected was toward plots to abuse me for others in other state departments Job Centre & DWP, but both 18 & 28 December council rent arrears plots had failed during 18-29 December 2006; as will be found explained in my 25 January 07 letter and later expounded concurrently in all my 31 January & 1 & 3 February 07 letters -(In others after too)- after another out of the blue 31 January 07 illegal notice to Quit without reason was found by visitor dumped on my front door step to blow away -(Contrary to their 28 December 06 letter my c/o address is in all council records, where rent arrears Team had wrote saying the 18 December 06 dumped letters of £116.84 arrears had gone up to over £368.52 in 6 days on 25 December 06 they write 28 December to my c/o address telling me), as yet more of their bypassing my c/o address more after December 06 plots to get me out of my 25 years home, all malice notice to quit without reason in that found 31 January 07 notice to quit 3 paged letter all because I had to fight their December 06 2 rent arrears plots and won by 4 January 07, but after 4 January 07 I had to wait till 21 January 07 to write letter and send updated 25 January 07 slight change of benefits claims’ circumstance by having to write had to write on 25 January that after 4 January 07 I am worse off that in 2006 because since 4 January 07 I do not get any more Job Centre money, and wrote the council the reasons why and who maliciously did it to me to cover-up their own crimes in Job Centre & DWP heads of State so that I been begging food only ever since 4 January 07 as told them all in the council in all my ever after 24 January 07 letters to whoever in the council housing, benefits, litigation, Council House etc. Then after I sent that 25 January 07 letters and council Benefits Form to secure my already 100% rent and tax discount by law, then as said a visitor found 3 paged notice to quit on 31 January 07, that was backdated to beat my 25 January 07 letters change of benefits circumstance form, but they deliberately bypassed my c/o address and dumped it on my door step to blow away to may be go to court in February 07 to make sure the raid my home after 31 January illegal notice to quit to steal documents from inside my home, even as they are plotting and doing right now causing me to write this to stop them in June 07 now after they dumped another 14 June 07 notice of court action on my garden floor to blow away but it was raining and visitor found it (So that 4 times bypassed my C/o address to dump legal action next letters on the front of my home Garden to blow away. Why?).

So: After the 31 January 07 illegal notice to quit was found by a visitor and I wrote serious and legal action notice letters to the head lawyer Mirza Ahmad and heads of council 31 January 07, 1 & 3 February 07, that caused that they retracted the 31 January 07 dumped on the ground notice to quit in Hema Chauhan’s sly backdated letter -(To beat all mine)- dated 9 February 07 retraction that was sent to my c/o address in envelope dated 12 Feb and arrived 15 February 07 -(February 07 High Court case from me gone to court Vs their plots, and Hema Chauhan and barrister Mirza Ahmad and the council and others I charged in February 07 too. But this 9 February letter came the same day Chris Gibbs already dirty suspended my benefits in letters dated 10 & 15 February 07, so they Chauhan and Gibbs and others like barrister Mirza Ahmad had planed these letters to cross repent of the notice to quit and also attack me in dated 10 & 15 February 07 letters that came 22 February 07, backdating going on, after I wrote 20 February 07 letter against Hema Chauhan I suing, as in court in February 07 too)- which Hema Chauhan also exposed there was also secret other notice to quit dumped on my garden to blow away in December 06 on top of the 18 December 06 rent arrears plot they bypassed my c/o 11Muntz House address so dumped too. Maybe they were afraid I had found it in December 06 and said nothing during the December 06’s deliberate arrears fight with them, but it was after the 9 February 07 letter that came 15 February 07 when first knew anything about that first December 06 illegal notice to quit which they had kept secret in December 06 till in that received 15 February 9 February 07 letter, and so they must have then also bypassed my c/o address and dumped a notice to Quit to blow away and kept it secret till my 31 & 1 & 3 February 07 letters caused their 9 February 07’s retracting the 31 January one which exposed they had bypassed my c/o address and dumped it in December 2006 too;

So at this point, in February 07, it is worth noting that it was my said pre 15 February 2007 letters to them that brought it out about the December secret 1^st of to then 2 illegal notices to quit that they bypassed c/o 11 Muntz House and dumped it on garden in December 06 to bow away during when they were also lying 18 December 06 I was in arrears found on the door stem to blow away 18 December 06 and via my c/o address then put it up Christmas day £368.52 7 days after they had secretly had dumping a rent arrears bill for £116.84 on 18 December 06 to blow away that was found by visitor 18 December 06 outside saying that I was in arrears; but after another my later dated 28 December 06 saying the c/o address is set in all departments they retracted the £368.52 rent arrears in back their dated bill letter dated 29 December 06 that came 4 January 07 saying nothing to pay; which was strangely the same day Mafia at Job Centre bared me to now from signing on so that since 4 January I begging food only, have no savings nor wage nor money from anywhere so I am worse of than all last year so rights to 100% rent & tax discount as told the Council Benefits and heads of council and lawyers in many my letters since 25 Jan 07, then out of blue bypassed my c/o address again and served eviction notices to quit in 28 days without reason and had to retracting that eviction notice in Hema Chauhan’s 9 Feb 06 after I put bypass my c/o address to obviously sneak summonses into court; I had posted letter dated 20 February 07 to Hema Chauhan and heads against these her 9 February 07 letters lies and tricks (They would now then get it and realize their in deeper trouble as I was sending summonses to court, so they would then have to get heads of Council benefits Chris Gibbs and Victoria Burgess to rush to pretend cross letters with my 20 February 07 one to backdate and suspend my benefits to put me in arrears again, as below explained and why, to counter this said 20 February 07 letter and the contents of my others said above, 24 & 31 Jan & 1 & 3 Feb 07, and said 20 Feb 07 too).

So that Chris Gibbs string pulling mafias illegal suspension of my 100% Council Benefits dated 15 & 16 February 07, that came 21 February backdated to counter my 20 February 07 letter Vs them & Reena Hema / Chauhan, was purely malicious; and was deliberately sent backdated -(To counter my 24, 31 Jan, 1 & 3 & 20 February 07 letters to then too) and came to my c/o address on 22 February 07, 2 days after mine dated 20 February 07 Vs Hema Chauhan, so his two was backdated to 15 & 16 February 07 to look as if it was before my 20 February 07 letters against Chauhan and others including Chris Gibbs and the others with Hema Chauhan, Mirza Ahmad, David Fairbotham, Victoria Burgess, Sharon Lea and Council House heads, revenues heads, Housing heads and team work abuse cross-departments staff too.

So for that 21 February 07 delivered sly Chris Gibbs & Victoria Burgess etc malicious backdating 2 letters and tricks and suspension of my Council 100% Rent & Tax Benefits and other plots, so I served legal 24 February 07 legal action notice on them all and Chris Gibbs and the others via all Tory, Labour & Lib Dem M.Ps & councilors & Cabinet & Department heads & staff; And then I sent another similar letter dated 28 February 07 letters to all council house M.Ps & Councilors, Cabinet, Executives heads and Vs them all as heads to stop these crime to then too, of which my 24 February 07 letter was which led Lib Dem Leader of the Council Paul Tilsley to write me, backdated letter because of my next 28 February 07 letter trapped him & all, saying that he has passed my 24 February 07 letter to already said dirty Council Head Barrister Mirza Ahmad’s & David Tatlow’s heads of the Council Litigation Office, obviously for clean persons to stop the Chris Gibbs and all others plots against me, my home, plots to get into my home to steal evidence & documents Vs them and Mirza Ahmad & Talbot, and also to give me full copies of and information of what I asked for an still always want for court use, needing copies of every council records excluding staff home addresses, and yet to now June 07 no such things been done nor given to me yet, but all Chris Gibbs and others have been left or to be controlled by Litigation and Council House to continue their crimes on me and my tenancy to now while all Litigation and council house have gone quite in Litigation, and in all the Council House since 28 February 07 and so to now be in the said post 15 & 16 February 07 Chris Gibbs plots -(Onward into this 14 June 07 new plot by Richard Davis to use court against me in 7 days for £1060, up from £377.52 since 18 May 07 after it was clear by 23 March 07 benefits bill letter noting to pay, so they built it up after 31 March to plot to break and enter my home in June after 23 my March 07 letter again countered Chris Gibbs 15 & 16 February 07 suspension of my benefits by malice but it granted 23 March again, so I do not owe any since 4 January 07 as since last year 06 nor have it and must get 100% Council benefits by law anyway, as I am begging food only since 4 January 07 Job Centre Bared me from passing to sing-on, so unsafe to enter Job Centre in case they frame me and call 999 to cover-up theirs and their heads crimes I exposed before and on 31 August 06)- letters and in more plots by him and others to now after I wrote to all council house 24 & 28 February 07 to his heads and all councilors and M.Ps and Cabinet against him Chris Gibbs, Victoria Burgess, Revenues Directors that must be in it, and others for his and their his friends malicious 15 & 16 Feb 07 letters plots and lies against my tenancy, by he Chris Gibbs and Victoria Burgess -(In summonses sent court in February 07), while both were already and always will unclean to be near me and my records or business again.

However after I sent other letters to the council, 5^th March 07, suddenly out of the blue on 31 march 07 came a Benefits bill decision letter dated 23 March 07 (Trying to counter my 28 Feb & 5 March etc unanswered even to now letters to all councilors and M.Ps and as said). It came via my C/o address dated 23 March 07 and retracted the 15 & 16 Feb 07 Chris Gibbs and Victoria Burgess plots against my tenancy and me. So all was clear by a Benefits bill letter that came 31 March 07 backdated to 23 March 07 saying noting to pay which was only sent me to counter my 24 Feb, 5 March 28 March 07 and other letters against him Chris Gibbs, Victoria Burgess and others, and all heads of council house and departments in deeper and deeper criminal trouble and cover-ups for the plots that’s been concurrently going on since 18 December 06 against my tenancy and me: Criminal Discrimination law breaking too. But all the council House has gone total silent since 28 February 07 plotting to

use Chris Gibbs against my tenancy and me. So note here and remember that after the 31 March 07 all benefits clear letters and while all heads of council house and legal services keeping deliberately quit then he Chris Gibbs and revenues directors plotted to put me in arrears via their only council two May 07's 2 letters dated 10 & 16 May 07 that was delivered to my c/o address on 21 March 07 demanding all the granted to me from January Council Rent & Tax Benefit back from me, deliberately putting me in arrears since them to now in their plots to now June, all because of my 24 & 31 Jan, 1 & 3 & 24 & 28 Feb, & 5 & 28 March letters got them and heads of the council house and other said departments into criminal trouble for their plots; and so after those 10 & 18 may 07 lying Chris Gibbs and Assistant but also Directors of revenues letters came 21 may 07 that illegal demanding all the money benefits back from me £377.52 for rent, I then wrote my 21 May 07 letters against both Chris Gibbs and heads of Revenues for their latest then May 07 plots to again put me in arrears 10 & 18 May 07 -(To cross counter my other letter)- by malice, and while I am waiting for heads of the councils reply, including to all clean new Lib Dem, Tory & Labour 07 Councilors & Executives & Cabinet to all get copy, except Sparkbrook clean new 4 May 07 councilors, all went quit after my 21 May 07 letter, against Chris Gibbs and others. Then out of the blue on 14 June 07 via my C/o Address came a letter dated 12 June 07, and while that was come and dumped on floor mail again for the 4 time since 18 December 06 a council officer pretending to be doing debt recovery had plots to and illegally dumped a letter dated 14 June 07 on my garden floor to blow away again and therein was making illegal legal threat to use court on me for £1060 arrears I could not owe anyway, but my rent is about £70 a week but the had put it up from 10 & 18 May Chris Gibbs plot from £377.52 up to £1060 arrears by 12 June -(Same day Reena Chauhan tried her 12 June 07 letter to twist me to make her and Chris Gibbs clean again to be dealing with me and or be near my records since their crimes I wrote against and put casein court Feb 07, for them both to inspire and sent Richard Davis to finish me off 14 June and failed to be ever clean anyway), and so he Richard Davis bypassing my c/o address, where all things must be sent to be signed for, even dumping that 14 June 07 illegal letter for £1060 arrears on my garden floor to make sure neighbors may see him but make sure it may blow away for them to go to sneak into court -(Via Codefendants Mirza Ahmad and Davis Talbot) team into use court or sleaze friends in Birmingham County (I would want Jury always anyway for my safety and justice)- and maybe not give me the summonses and bin it and then go secretly without me knowing into the court counter to get court receptionist rubber stamped default judgement against me for not owed rent or tax for them to maliciously by conflicts of interest and stealing wages and public resources, time, wages and staff to cover-up their own crimes by them plotting to eventually bogus court case, get illegal rubber stamp default judgement to maliciously raid my house to steal documents and evidence against themselves, council liability, against all heads of the council house and heads of and staff of said Council Benefits, Housing, Litigation, Revenues and others departments and staff that’s been hiding and orchestrating the said Chris Gibbs' and others plotting to get into my home since 18 December 2006 to now June 23 to steal documents and evidence against themselves and others to cover-up these crimes on me that got worse the more they covered up to now; so Sparkbrook councilors must get them arrested and removed and clear my rent and tax bill from all arrears before they use court to do what I say they been up to now; Also you must tip of the Birmingham County Court and any others courts they may hear of these letters or read my 16 June 07 letters Vs Richard Davis, Chris Gibbs and Reena Chauhan and the others plots and so my go to other courts try to trick or sleaze with corrupt court staff to do the said plots to use court system to raid my home to steal things against themselves, and other people’s things at my home too: Conspiracy to theft and theft are crimes, so is all these plots various crimes too, using public money and wages to do own crimes and covering up others crimes is crimes, so to is messing with my records and business with the council, by deeds also against data laws gathering and usage laws too, for them to do these things are crimes since 18 December 06 too.

Especially after they have know, in highest UK unemployment zone, I have not worked last year 06 and this year 07, have no saving, so no change to my must be 100% tax and rent benefits rebates from last year, as especially repeatedly I not working from last year 06 to now in every Council Benefits From and letter from me, and spares sent not mentioned, during the space saving emergency rushed tight not perfect discourse style below:- I told them I not working all last year and this year 07; From in my letters 18 & 29 Dec 06, from when I beat them in their first rent arrears plot they retracted in backdated nothing to pay council bill letter to me dated 29 December that came 4 January 07 which they backdated only to counter my 29 December 06 letter against their first plots, as I was signing on at the Job Centre when they backdated nothing to pay bill letter to 29 December 06, as had I signed on Job Centre 7 December 06 so could not have been in £116.84 arrears 18 December 06 when bypassed my c/o address to dumped letter to blow away of my garden 18 December 06 lying I owed £116.84 rent arrears so I attacked them I my letter 18 December 06 asking if its part of Labour Party covering up crime at the Job Centre plot against me, and asking Why bypass my c/o address that’s on since Feb 06 on their records for all mail from council to me, and saying impossible for arrears as I have letter 100% discounts up to next March 07, then they sent me letter dated 28 December 07 saying council records put right re c/o address while same time another letter dated 28 December 06 to right c/o address this time saying rent arrears gone upon Christmas day from £116.85 18 December 06 up to £368.52 on 25 December 2006, so I ambushed them by my letter dated 29 & 30 December 06 letters which then caused them to see they in criminal plot trouble so they backdated an only benefits letter bill dated 29 December 06 that reached me 4 January 07, after I put in just in case Form 2 January, for them to try to defuse my 28 & 29 & 30 December 06 & 3 January 07 letter's giving legal notice of my court action and that I want this copies of all council records & and staff full names that’s behind the 18 December 06 out of the blue arrears plots for my court use which I never got to now; Then as said I had decided to put in another spare Benefits form 2 January 07 & 3 January 2007 letter just in case, and those 28 & 29 & 30 Dec & 2 & 3 Jan 07 mails from me trapping them all could have been why they ignored me all together to 31 Jan 07 except only backdated their all clear 29 December 06 nothing to pay by me only Benefits bill letter that came 4 January 07 to c/o address which looked as if their nothing to pay by me bill letter to overlapped my 28 & 29 & 30 December 06 letters & 2 January 07 Form & 3 January 07 letter so that their's nothing to pay by me bill dated 29 Dec 06 was backdated to come on 4 January 07 as bill letter only saying I have nothing to pay by me, in rent nor tax. N.B: Its worth noting here that from then 4 January 07 nothing to pay retraction of false arrears bill only sent me was to cover-up plots on me since 18 Dec 07, I won, for them to quell things -(To sideline ignore play with my want for court use)- silent things up to their next Housing Office David Fairbotham’s illegal letter notice to quit without reason below -(That would later again bypass my c/o address to dump on my home to blow away on 31 Jan 07); so it was even by 4 January 07 plain that my old 2005 enemies (That I am still waiting for copies of things from council to take to court for other abuses on me in 2005-6)- Chris Gibbs, Victoria Burgess, Sharon Lea, Mrs Bradley & lawyers David Talbot & Mirza Ahmad was back and co-ordinating the cover-up from Dec 06 to 4 January 07, after I had to attack back their two rent arrears letters since 18 December & 28 December 06. Then, after my other said letter 3 January 07 & just in case extra spare sent housing forms 2 January 07 & 3 January letter and another Form & letter dated 25 January 07 saying after 4 Jan 07 I get no income from anywhere at all so begging food only since 4 January 07, suddenly again after 25 January plotted again against me, after my 25 January 07 letter & Council Benefits Form & letters was till asking for things to go to court against their December 06 plots, but by that time 25 Jan 07 their new years plot was, like to ignore me after they wrote to me 28 December 06 saying they had sorted out the right address for mail to me, ignoring my 25 January letter & Council Benefits update Form, and so ignoring me waiting for things for court they in the new plot again out of the blue bypassed my safety c/o address on 31 January 07, again, via Hall Green’s head David Fairbotham whom out of blue dumped in my garden a Notice to Quit in 28 days without saying any reason whatsoever why, and on the ground for it to blow away, so I wrote the head of the council further legal action notice letters on the same 31 Jan & 1 & 3 February 07 and then I put summonses into High Court -(2 summonses in February Vs the council and various staff & Labour Party that was behind these plots from December 06); Then I got a letter 15 February 07 backdated dated 9 June 07 from a Chauhan slyly saying they retracted the 31 January 07 notice to quit and lied it was because people said my house was empty and also said that another secret notice to quit was served on me in December 06 that must have blown away, so I served summonses into High Court; then on 22 February came 2 letters they again backdated to 15 & 16 February 07, to counter my said other letters and court action moves, and these two letters was by already co-defendants Chris Gibbs and Victoria Burgess themselves that said they have suspended my benefits again from 15 &16 February 07 with no reason, when they read I not working since last year an dot to the, so that illegal maliciously done arrears by Chris Gibbs & Victoria Burgess was being built up against me again by criminal malice from 15 & 16 February 07, so then I wrote 24 & 28 February 07 to all the Tory, Labour & Lib dem councillors and M.Ps about their Chris Gibbs & Victoria Burgess’ new corruption again plot, then out of the blue only to counter my said 24 & 28 Feb 07 letters against Chris Gibbs & Victoria Burgess the Deputy Leader of the Council Tilsley wrote me a backdated 28 February 07 letter that came in early March 07 trying to counter my said 24 & 28 February 07 letters by him saying the Litigation Dept -(Where already charged unclean head lawyers Mirza Ahmad & David Fairbotham was already in court summonses)- will give me what I kept asking for court, and never have received any and I still want for court evidence, and non ever to now come as have they hiding from me for me not to get anything asked for court so obstructing justice charges was & due; Then they went total quiet all through March, except that when I sent other letters dated 24 March 07, and others against their lawyers person, they then again got Chris Gibbs break silence to use his backdated only letter bill dated 23 March 07 that came 31 March 07 saying I have nothing to pay, so they were beaten yet again; Then they went total silent again all through April 07 until after other letters from me up to & in early May, after more letters from me from 28 March to them in May 07, after others in April, had also trapped them all in more criminal obstructing & frustrating justice and of my summonses in court since February 07; They being trapped by 5 May 07 had to break their council silence and suddenly again let already dirty Chris Gibbs & Directors of Revenues themselves then write me their deliberately two backdated again letter bills dated 10 & 18 May 07 that came 21 May 07, only to counter my said Feb-5 may 07 mails (And to set me up for later stage now June-July 07 Richard Davis plots to steal from my house), by saying from 10 & 18 May 07 the already co-defendant in February summonses Chris Gibbs had with no reason again even cut off my benefits again 10 & 18 May 07 by then bill saying they want all the money back from me since start of 2007, so that they maliciously put me into unlawfully arrears again by criminal malice, again in arrears by saying they want back all the benefits I had since new year 07 because Chris Gibbs has cut off my benefits again with no reason in the 2 bills wanting all the tax and rent benefits money back while all my 2007 letters to everybody says I not worked all last year and not worked this year and have no income and in fact me also saying over and over again since 4 January 07 I don’t get any money at all from anywhere so been begging food only, to now too; So then I got those only 2 letters bills on 21 May 07 and I sent my 21 May 07 letters against Chris Gibbs & that’s while Tony Blair, John Hutton, Gordon Brown selves & party’s mafias been trying to cover-up my cases in court since 15 January & February 07 Vs them and party and the Council & DWP & Securitas -(Re offences on me by then to 4 January 07 at Job Centre in Cases hanging in court by corruption by Harriet Harman & Lord Falconer & mafia friends in court offices)- and also Social Security where Blair & John Hutton & DWP head lawyer be caught also personal pulling strings at Social Security heads since January 07 in cross department Labour Party Mafia plots to starve me by SS not ever answering any of my about 14 letters with witnesses names on back pages wherein me asking Social Security since January 07 for Income Support food money & keep warm money since January 07 and being totally ignored by Social Security to now July 07 for SS to afflict me to cripple me and justice from January 07 for Blair’s, Browns & John Hutton & Labour Party’s cover-up to now the they & social Security be defendants in my cases hanging in court by planted perverting course of justice and intimidating me by Labour Party mafias in court the house; So how come out of blue 21 May 07 those only Council Benefits Bill Letters came from unclean already defendant in courts since February 07 Chris Gibbs & head of Revenues dated 10 & 18 May 07 illegally saying Chris Gibbs wants all the council tax & rent council benefits money back from me when all my ever letters since 25 January 2007 said I not worked all last year and this year too so nothing to pay must be same to now as last year even after 4 January 07 when Blair cut off my Job Centre Money to stop me suing his party & DWP & Job Centre for crimes on me since 31 August 2006, so those Chris Gibbs bills wanting al the money back from me made me make my 21 May 07 dated complaints that is was all Chris Gibbs malice too put deliberately me in rent & council tax arrears again, after said December & February-31 march arrears plots they lost; So May 07 Chris Gibbs putting me into arrears again is criminal arrest-able malice and stealing by using public taxes, resources, wages and staff to attack me. So then 21 May 07 I wrote against Chris Gibbs and his new plots against me & my 25 years secured tenancy –(To later break and enter to steal from my house is all he could have done it again for)- to all the council heads, even wrote against him to all clean Tory, Labour & Lib Dem councillors, including against the Chief Executive and whoever behind Gibbs plots again, so that 21 May 07 letter from me and spares sent with all my past letters and my 21 May 07 letter trapped them all, as be in the head of council all in the conspiracy, at the council house & executives & Legal Services Departments Heads that was behind Chris Gibbs & Directors of Revenues and other since December 06 said plots, so the decided to plot to finish me off; But this time after 21 May 07, and after spares sent them & Director of Housing Elaine Elkington, they in the council house still in total silence since 28 Feb 07 all again went total silent, and so realised they have nothing to lose as they be all caught from top to bottom, so they decided to and set-up and told unclean to be near my records or business Chris Gibbs’ -(And Hema/ Reena Chauhan’s to write me 12 June that came 14 June to try to fail to trick me to get clean again jurisdiction consent for Chris Gibbs to look clean when never will be consented to be near my business, to set up Elaine Elkington and her Housing staff to plot with Reena Chauhan, that was already in summonses from me in court)- And so again in their council house & executive and leaders of Council’s plotted to and continue to use Chris Gibbs & already in my sent February 07 summons’ David Fairbotham’s staff Richard Davis to bypass my c/o address -(5^th time dumping mail to blow away since 2 time in December, 31 January & now 14 June 07)- again on 14 June 07 to dump letter on the floor of my garden to blow away while it was saying he Richard Davis’ demand for £1060 or he will put me to court to evict me, obviously to disguise stealing evidence in my home Vs him and said others, if I don’t pay £1060 rent I could not owe as I not working last year to this year now as repeated in all my said letters and 21 May 07 one he Richard Davis referred to in his 14 June dumped bill one, so they know in all my said letters I not working so I must still get 100% rent & tax rebate by law; But, so, I replied 16 June 07 with also another filled Benefits Form filled and sent them Richard Davis to test him and prove Davis & Chris Gibbs & Chauhan plotting again to get me out my house by malice and plots to steal no matter what I do, and same 16 June 07 I sent others and letter letters & forms proof to the Ombudsman asking ombudsman to move him Davis, Chris Gibbs, including Council’s Chief Executive, councillors, the

others and all dirty council heads of council house & said departments because they & he R Davis read over and over again, in all my letters & forms to at least 16/18/20 June 07, that since last year 06 I not working etc and not working this year, as also in all those 16 June 07 letter and Form too, and 16 & 18 & 20 June 07 Forms I sent them and Davis & Ombudsman & Benefits & Heads of Council & Litigation, police & Court including copy of 25 January 07 Benefits Form with 16 &18 & 20 June 07 letters, and sent afresh new Form 26 June 07 handed in & got seal on too; But then since this said 14 June 07 time, and after my 16 June letters & forms on 16 & 18 & 20 June they have not done what they did 29 December 06 to 4 January 07 nor done 31 March 07, which was to panic and retracted the arrears and eviction notices as bogus, but this time after 16 & 18 & 20 & 26 June 07 letter and forms from me -(26 June one on computer & I have council seals by witnesses too)- they have decided they must get into my house for sure now to steal the growing since December 06 to now serious criminal evidence against themselves, so what else could they possibly be up to by these new post 14 June 07 moves and lies I am again in arrears after them losing each time all their arrears, then eviction, then arrears & arrears retraction & now arrears again plots repeatedly since 18 December 06 to now if its not to bogus use court to break and enter to steal evidence from my home to steal; So to prove their persistent plot to steal from my home & evidence by criminal malice so bogus court action for money I can not owe, already known by Richard Davis before 14 June and after 16 June had, and their Department had repeated letters, and spare benefits forms from me dated 16 & 18 & 20 & 26 June 07, from me, and the Ombudsman had complaint from me that all the council is in the plot so that non be clean there to deal with me, even so to prove later there was and is still a plot to steal from my home I did send those said repeated letters and forms dated 16 & 18 & 20 & 26 June 07 to prove their criminal intents’ minds because I must have proof they will not stop after 14 June 07 after they sent Richard Davis to dump mail passing my c/o address, so I did those and had also written to Ombudsman, police & court, and all council heads because somebody must stop the repeated plots to break into my home to steal since December 06, but after all my June writing against Richard Davis’ June plots they are still using Richard Davis on me to ignore my 16 18 & 20 June 07 letters & 26 June 07 letters and forms against himself and plotting to take me to court for things I cannot owe, for him and them in the council house, housing, litigation, benefits revenues, that be in trouble, to break and enter my home to steal evidence Vs selves. And so then I proved that’s their ongoing since 16 June 07 plot again too, because proof is in all their deeds since my hand delivered Form -(That witnesses that say me also enter Sparkbrook Housing office and staff took and sealed receipted delivery of benefits form and put it on computer 26 June 07)- dated 26 June 07 when I took witnesses with me to give in and it had housing office 26 June 07 received stamp on and we saw it put on computer, and so all letters & forms containing I still not working & no money from anywhere but only begging food, so plainly said in writing and same in all my 16 & 18 & 20 & 26 & 23 June letters and Forms in June 07 against himself unclean Richard Davis & Chris Gibbs and others in December 06 to now plots’ defendants in my February 07 sent to court cases, so it more plots by him -(Unclean to be near my records or business since 14 June 07)- Richards Davis and them still illegally being my records to and be writing to me his backdated 27 June 07 letter, that came to me 3 June 07, saying he himself read my 16 June 07 letter and enclosed 25 Jan & 16 June letter & new forms against himself, and read my 21 May 07 letter against Chris Gibbs’ plots etc and yet he Richard Davis still says so in his 27 June 07 unclean letter that he is still putting me into court action after 27 June 07 to evict me from 25 years secured tenancy home, I heard nothing so far, even out to evict me while he is unclean and I do not nor can owe him any money even after they have all the said forms & letters from me since January 07 also saying over and over again that I not worked all last year and this year so I must get 100% rent & tax by law, but he says is still taking me to court when he Davis & the Chief Executive and all councillors have been warned in my 16 June 07 letters against him and Chris Gibbs’ plots, and same in 16 June letters to Ombudsman & all Sparkbrook Councillors 23 June 07 to stop all plots against me & my tenancy and so stop Chris Gibbs & Richard Davis plots to break into my home to steal evidence, and also to remove him Davis & Chris Gibbs & all other plotters’ plots: So they all know that the unclean malicious Richard Davis knows & Chris Gibbs knew I can not owe any money and yet they still plotting to and be letting Richard Davis still write me 27 June letter, that came 3 July 2007, saying that he, illegally answering my 16 June 07 letter against himself he had read & must have seen the enclosed extra 16 June Form & copies of 25 Jan 07 Form & letter’s saying that I do not have job nor income since all last year & this year too so the law says can not owe any rent nor tax all this year as last year, but yet Richard Davis in his 27 June 07 letter still taking me to court to evict me for rent arrears, after he and they must have also seen the other 18 & 20 & 26 June spares’ Forms & other letters with them logged on computers as from me recorded bylaw, and yet he writes me 27 June 07 that he is refusing to move himself away from my business & records by saying that he -(That’s not supposed to be near me nor my records, nor his boss nor lawyers in plots since December 06)- himself Davis full of criminal malice said he is still carrying out his threat & criminal plot to still take me to court, and so also disguise their 18 December 06 to now plots to steal my evidence: Even by Criminal Abuse of Power, breaking Criminal Misrepresentation of Public Office against human rights laws in their breaking & entry my home plots by illegally fraudulent use of public tax, resources, wages & staff to do own crime on me & my home after he Davis, Gibbs and all council House heads & said Departments head, 3 Sparkbrook Councillors, Ombudsman & Chief Executive of Birmingham all knowing I do not owe any money, and so its now their plot to do theft crimes & eviction of me by bogus court action to cover-up for them to put me in bogus rent arrears summonses, bin my copy for them to sneak into court to get counter staff/Mafia judge to rubber stamp to enter into my home by illegal eviction order to do disguise criminal break & entry to disguise theft of evidence & my 25 year home for their cover-up of repeated council & Labour & Lib-Dem-Tory Party Mafia crimes on me since 18 December 06 to now. That’s why blood shed in or out my house. So where non will help me nor stop them its back to jungles, so our constitutional founded law says that our common laws say I can, and will, hunt down whoever sends, helps, and whoever enter my home because they have decided to use him Richard Davis and his offices bailiff or house clearance teams for break in my home to steal by plotting to ignore what ever I do they will get into my house by hook or by crook or court order even if they know I do not really owe anything, so they went total quiet from 14 June then from 27 June 07 to now 7 July 07, so they must be plotting to secretly do as I say till they break and enter my home by bogus got court order to steal. If any manage to get in my home, don’t die by traps and police do not arrest whomever for conspiracy to steal, then I will hunt you down and there will blood bath the whole world will talk about. Then whoever sends them will be in the dock at my trial. Can’t take anymore, so I hunt? Police had better not take their side against me, for the Labour Party cover-up too. They want to find livable wage work not crooks wages. I know Blair, brown & Party mafias stopping me finding livable wage job to cripple my fight Vs their crimes, while they use public taxes & public resources to do crime on fight back civilians like me.
