I have tried everything to solve the problem, to the extent of maybe soon having to try to seek asylum to escape from the UK 10 Downing St political and legal system mafias' corruption wherein the Labour Party deliberately been breaking UN human rights laws by behind the scenes illegal political controlled state departments to now have now blacklisted me from nearly all public departments use, from civilian and state to tax payers rights, and blacklisted me in all the courts of law were mafias are illegally baring me from all legal rights and safe access in their plot to bar me from all justice to hide the Labour Party and Tory Parties crimes, all because I exposed their political parties' systematic breaches of Articles 30 and 4 of United Nations Foundation's Universal Declaration of Human Rights Act 1948 in their political crimes in their abuse of state allowed powers in their direct control of National network of Job Centres that obeying the political party slavers to blackmailing, then human trafficked millions here into disguised servitude slavery whom did no know how to fight back against the said blackmail by the parties to either starve by threat to cut off state benefits, civilians paid into separate N.I system to get money when no work, so become slaves to political party vote winning and money laundering of public taxes in to work slavery agencies, if they civilians being blackmailed resist, so either starve have their wills stolen and forced into like Nazi 1933 work style creeping fascism work agencies, like Pertemps...

After I exposed their parties crimes on millions of civilians and their breaking UN Human Rights laws pasted below, and our 1215-1688 written constitutional laws limits in Magna Carta Jury trial, and their blackmail, human trafficking, and servitude slavery into Pertemps crimes, breaking criminal domestic laws and international laws, they tried to frame me and failed 31 August 2006, then they got into worse trouble and was caught every stage, they have blacklisted me from all Social Security to starve me, then have broken United Nations' and UK's Magna Carta Laws by openly yet puling secret strings in court to blacklist me from justice and from use of the courts which you know it is illegal, as here in the UK and UN laws no one has the rights to say if anybody have case to be heard or not in any court in the U.K or in any so called free democratic state or UN member state... Now they have blacklisted me from justice as well as starving me, losing weight since 4 January 2007, which caused me to issue summonses Vs Labour Party and Tony Blair them got his mafia to blacklist me a born British from all public department, social security, Job Centres, and courts of law (Stealing my summonses, and Court staff in corruption still stealing my summonses, ignoring me etc), and Gordon Brown and heads of Metropolitan police, police complaints, and whole judiciary is in on it too, all Labour Party cabinet too.

So who else but you abroad can I cry out to for help... I know they would have murdered me before now but it's not the safe time for that yet, and they know I know. See : http://www.ohchr.org/english/about/publications/docs/fs7.htm#ccpr I do not know, but in any event you will find on that web site useful guidance to present your case to world public opinion and Human Rights ONG. I suggest you might fill up the application form they have and send it to me for review and help. Hope all is well there.

This is just to say I still not been able to get far from my house in case they have gone to court secretly to get illegal order to raid my home to
steal evidence and things from my house.

So I still not got time to sort out the letters I said in last 2 email I would like you to put on the site you set up for me.

I only rushed out of house to chance this to you by using someone elses computer for 3 mins, may get bit longer to send you this mail.

I don't have electric at home to do much typing, so I still not finished the other thing for you to check for human right people,also because all the
typing I could do so far is to fight against them plotting to get me out my house to steal evidence etc, even after they know I don ot owe any rent; In
I fact just had another letter saying they still going to court to get me out fo r money I do not owe, so I may end up behind bars defending my home
and things they want to steal in this disguised attack on me and my home by the Labour Party mafias in the Council, to cover-up for what they the Labour
Party did to me since last August 06 to and after the Job Centre stole my share of public services to starve me out fo r fight against the Labour
Party.  No justice here for me so I may have to go to prison to make the world look up at what they doing to me, which I a Christian don't want to do
like Moses did in defence even after he got 10 Commandments which they be breaking those many of common laws, of England, against me for me must

each time to now in keep puting me in arrears to get  into my home. Those 3 councillors I wrote to 23 June07 by law are supposed to iterveine and remove
the said Council heads, Revenues & Rent Offices like Richard Ravis and Chris Gibbs, and other in the council, that's doing these things to me; but they
the councillors hiding and keeping silent while such unclean officers (That not suposed to be at work nor near my records) are doing these things to me
and my home to disguise criminal breaking and entery to steal things agianst them and the said Labour Party who are stealing my February 07 summonses
andignoring me in the ocurts here too.  So it looks as if I will end up as political prisoner here for defending my home other wise a person like me
will die inside, slowly but surely.

I got 4 tins and pack of pasta yesterday to last me til next week thursday. I usually get 8 tins to last the week, thats all I can get from charity
here.  My whole body is under strain, so I know how the poor 6 million jews and other prisoners felt 1939-45 under Nazi Party, even if it nearly six
month starvation so far.  If I die before ful justice, then please do what you can't let the world knwo what happened to me.

Unfortunately, I was only able to speak briefly and he was very agitated at the situation. He may be being held on a Section under The Mental Health Act and is beyond normal help.
